Courtyard By Marriott, Gurugram offering best of services and comforts to the guests with courteous and dedicated team. GM, Bhawna Verma is managing the hotel efficiently for more than a year now.

#WAZWAN....the #Kashmiri Food Fest is been organized at #DowntownCourtyardByMarriott, Gurugram and is on till 10th Feb, 2019. Chef Tariq Ahmed is here from Kashmir Valley to give the authentic delicacies, who is quite experinced as he himself and the whole family is involved in this profession only for decades. They use only clarified butter to make these delicacies which is the most healthy medium for cooking.

Some of the famous starters  we had..... Kashmiri Seekh Kebab.... perfectly done, Gosht Kanti.... done with bell pepper, onion and spices, Tabak Maaz..... Mutton ribs shallow fried, Chicken Kanti, Fish Tujee....char grilled fish Paneer Kanti, Aloo Moong Dal Tikki.... tasty, Nadru Malai Tikki....very soft and delicious.  Some delicious Dips are also offered.

The famous Goshtaba.... the mutton balls in gravy, which takes time to make as the meat is minced for long to make balls out of it and then in yogurt gravy. Tamatar Chaman.... paneer in gravy. Munj Gadh Fish, Waza Chicken, Kashmiri Rajma, Dum Aloo, Nadru Yakhni, Bathak....the green saag.

Firni and Suji ka Halwa were served as dessert.

Restaurant Manager, Sachin Bhardwaj, server Ravi and team ....all very courteous and attentive.

Only few days left to enjoy these Kashmiri delicacies in comfortable and cosy ambiance.

Ok Hotel given that its rated 5 stars. Staff are friendly and the room service staff did exeptional job in maintaining the room tidy and clean.

Has good restaurant and some of the staff in the restaurant also deserves praise for going beyond their normal duty.

The lift card reader is an relic and takes almost 20 seconds to read your card. If your room is beside the fire exits then it's very noisy as staff use those entrances to move and the doors bang like no tomorrow.

Our experience at the Courtyard Marriott was truly exceptional. We had booked a room for 5 nights at the peak booking period at the end of the year. Because of a family medical emergency had to check out after a just a day and the hotel refunded the unused amount right away without any questions and also organised a complimentary airport drop and breakfast early in the morning to help us out during this stressful period for us. We really appreciated this gesture of the hotel.

Their check-in and room service staff were very courteous and efficient and in fact got us a yoga mat in super quick time as my wife wanted to do some yoga in the evening.

We obviously didn't get to experience the hotel well but will definitely be back and and cannot recommend it enough to others.

One of the best hotels i have been at. Incredible service, and the restaurant the have on the first floor is amazing and has a great service.
I tried all three meals there and it was a great choice to go for their buffet. Their chef came out to check on all guests and we had the opportunity to try some of his new dishes that will be added to the menu soon.
The rooms are really clean and they have a nice view of the city.

We stay here every year because it is convenient to family.
Some of the floors haven't been renovated yet, so appear a bit worn. But the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the renovated rooms are contemporary and attractive.
Breakfast buffet is a favorite with extensive western and Indian offerings.
The concierge lounge is open evenings only and will do if you want a light meal. Service is usually attentive throughout the property.
If you are lucky, you might get glimpses of a wedding taking place on the premises. Indian weddings are always something to behold....

When you claim to be a 5 star hotel and charge the guests accordingly, you are expected to offer top-notch hospitality services. When the guests choose to stay in a 5 star hotel, they expect to get a comfortable stay. Courtyard by Marriott Gurugram Downtown has a long way to become a 5 star hotel and our stay here is far from being comfortable. First of all, It’s freezing cold in the lobby and the dining area of the hotel. The first night we had dinner here we saw the guests sitting in jackets trying to get warm. It is unbearably cold. The only explanation I got - it’s cold time in Delhi now and we do not have central heating. Pretty good for a 5 star hotel! The room has the option for a/c only, not heating. Good luck to all the guests coming during cold times. You will depend on the weather in the city. We visited different 5 star hotels in Delhi for lunch and dinner and not a single one was as cold as Courtyard. Very limited options for European breakfast. Try to enjoy overcooked fried potatoes and ham which taste like rubber sole of a shoe and watery oats. The furnishing is old, some lamps in the room do not work, the cheapest possible hair dryer. It’s a total disappointment

We had an event here and booked eight rooms for 3 nights through our event planner. Prior to our arrival, I contacted Marriott customer support and asked if I could add some or all of the rooms to my Bonvoy account. They informed me that I could add up to three rooms and enjoy my Gold Elite benefits, at least for my own room. However, when we checked in, the front desk staff told us that they could not add any rooms to my account. While I was disappointed, I was too tired to argue at the time of check-in, as I had just arrived from a long and tiring flight, and had an event to attend later that evening.
The service at the hotel was slow, and it took over an hour for snacks to be sent to our rooms, which was arranged by our event planner. The rooms were pretty standard, much like most Courtyards, and my Gold Elite status was useless during our stay.
The food, on the other hand, was excellent. The breakfast spread offered many delicious options, and the restaurant food was good too.
Overall, I was disappointed with the service especially considering the fact that we had booked so many rooms and had an event at the hotel.
