The plaster and paint are peeling off the facade of the building. Toilets are small. No hot water past 8 AM! We arrived at 5 am and needed sleep desperately. However, we were woken by very loud construction in the room next door. Furthermore, the hotel staff sold us on a 4-person room even though we asked for the smaller and cheaper room that was still available. Very nonchalant and lazy staff who don't even own up to the poor quality of the hotel. It became my fault that we didn't have hot water in our bathroom apparently!! We had to leave early in the morning and when I went to complain about the lack of hot water, there nobody Manning the front desk. When I went to wake them to ask for help, he literally shooed me away!!! Room is spacious however. No towels, soaps or any additional amenities are provided. Overall this hotel is only bearable because it is within walking distance to the Dwarkadish mandir. After all this, the staff never apologized even once for our inconvenience and still ensured that we pay the full amount we owed them (too much for what we got).
Looking around, I wouldn't be surprised if this is one of the better hotels around here.

I found this hotel most reasonable with cheaper price in the area with all the facilities. Loved to stay there with my family. Family suits are really spacious
