OYO 1288 Hotel Keshav

The place is decent fir the price and people are really nice. I had booked another hotel through Oyo Rooms app and they dishonoured the booking despite the confirmation when I reached there at 2am. This hotel was my refuge at that hour.
They do provide very prompt service. The upkeep of the rooms is acceptable but that can surely be made a little better for this price point. All else is good.

That's hotel is really good , it's service and gauest welcome is very kind. So I recommend that if you come in Ahmedabad , take the visit atleast one time . Thank you 😊

Worst experience ever. there is No cleaning in Room. totally dirty and disgusting. bathroom Door is not close . water comes form AC. main door not easily close. bad sheets are ugly. TV not working. there are crusts in the walls and ceiling. totally worst experience.

Don't ever book this hotel online. They will not except your online booking and say that tariff received is low.. and will ask additional Money.. and will not give you room until you give them additional Money.. it can ruin your plan.. worst experience that you can imagine.

Oyo should remove this hotel.

Do work on cleanning .wash room ...room...cleanning it's not good experience...

Not good my west Mony and hot shower not working

When oyo's app shows a price and you book it then the hotel manager keep sending cancellation request on your behalf. When oyo customet care conferenced me with him he clearly says we dont accept booking at low prices.
Then somehow we went and checked in. THR WORST EVER EXPERIENCE STARTS HERE.

1. The people are worst, cheap and no manners to speak to a customer. Then the room booked was not the one given. It was all their plan.
2. The room was in worst condition. COCROACHES, ELECTRICAL WIRINGS OPEN AND HANGING, BATHROOM WORST THAN A PUBLIC TOILET.
3. No infront of you sanitization. Forget about it.
4. Then comes the OYO customer care, i reported it by call and it got disconnected. They didnt even care to call me back. So FORGET ABOUT GETTING ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
5. In the morning, When checkin out, the front desk people just threw my id cards which they kept with them. TALKING VERY INDECENTLY,AND I WAS WITH MY FAMILY.

CHEAPEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER SEEN AND THEY ARE AMONG THE PEOPLE ALSO SPOILING AHMEDABAD REPUTATION.

NOW COMES THE CUSTOMER CARE, EVENTUALLY THEY PUT THE BLAME ON ME. AND STILL I HAVE NOT RECIEVED A SINGLE CALL BACK FOR SUCH TYPE COMPLAINT WHERE SAFETY IS A CONCERN.

So i will NEVER EVER RECOMMEND OYO to anyone. And i myself is not going to use it anymore.OYO you just lost one more customer.
