It is a very nicely located hotel. Food is good. Staff is well mannered and attentive. I had taken river view room and it was worth it. It has a good swimming pool and plenty of open area. Being close to main bus area, it is convenient to go around.
I had bit of problem waiting for my room as I arrived early (8 AM). Despite assurance, hotel could arrange room after 1300 hrs. Advice to reach only after 1300 hrs as Hotel is not capable to take care prior to it. Even tea/coffee shall be difficult to get during waiting time.

The hotel ambience is very good and the scenic views are good as well. It is a clean and pleasant place to stay. Rooms are small though. Water is served in mineral water but it tastes like tapwater. Food quality is good but overpriced. Restaurant staff unable to manage during rush hours and the service is v poor and slow. They allow outsiders in the restaurant and thus, those people who are staying in the hotel have to wait for hours to eat their meals. We ateour dhosa without chatni and Sambhar because it took so much time for it to arrive. We were stuck due to less number of hotels in this area. Taking advantage of the situation. I hope more hotels come up in this area so that guests can have value for their money

Based on the price, this hotel is not worth it at all for many reasons. For example, on the hotel card it says 'spa' but no such spa exists here. It also mentions adventure activities however these don't exist either. Honestly, I am very confused as to why you would mislead people in this way. Another point worth mentioning is that hot water for showering is only available in the mornings. When me and my family returned from the SOU, what do you expect us to do? Freshen up, right? However, how can do this if you give us ice-cold water? You are lucky we are giving you two stars for the food and for the room.

Bad experience.
We booked 3 rooms for new year eve + 1 more day.
1.The hotel arranged for the Gala Dinner and new year party and charged almost double than the normal rates for the party but we were ok with that. But the party was a big nightmare for us.... it was horrible as 75% of the food stalls were not attended by staff. The food was either finishes or cold on many stalls.

2. Have you ever seen a hotel staff dancing and partying on DJ floor meant for guests? the hotel staff almost 25-30 in strength came on DJ floor making it inconvenient for guests and compelling them to leave the floor , this was surprising and disgusting to see the staff dancing on floor leaving their food stalls in unattended.

3. The latch of the rear window of the room on ground floor was broken. The window was not getting closed, the staff said don't worry no one will enter the room. We were surprise to see such casual approach regarding guest security. Finally the manager changed our room.

4. There is a big issue of ants in the room, pest control is not being done. I have taken vdo of ants roaming in room.

The only point in taking the hotel is it's location other wise it's a bad deal.

Hotel is highly overpriced for the quality, services, size of rooms or we can say for entire property. It is neat and clean, location is perfect but rooms are very small and furniture is not so great. Breakfast was yummy..

Best location. just beside the SOU bus pick up point. Must stay in river facing room. Amazing view from its balcony there. Breakfast options are plenty but taste is average.

This hotel needs some competition to pull up its socks. We had 3 rooms! 1 room full of ants and when called reception a cleaner came and just dusted all the ants off the bed and desk with a towel and said it’s ok now! 😳yes we asked to change that room. The other room it being an AC room the AC was not working and despite calling for it to be fixed 3 times and being promised someone was on their way no one came and we went to bed at midnight in 27 degree room ! Unacceptable! No duty manager till 9:00am. The whole idea of duty managers are there is someone to sort out problems. The Wyndham and Ramada brands know the importance of good and present management and unfortunately this hotel had neither. I don’t blame the staff for their incompetence as they were doing what they knew but I do believe the problem lies with management who are not present and not ensuring their staff are trained well.
The only great thing was the breakfast which was plentiful and really delicious with excellent service. Also the guy at the entrance who welcomed us with the most positive vibes - he was amazing.
