Hotel Sifat International Surat

I liked the hotel, staff & management all were were polite & kind. Room service was good & on time they come.best part Prayer mat & Quran is available in each room.Restaurant within the hotel serves halal food. Its a decent hotel one could opt for near the station 2 mins walk & you are there.I dont have anything negative point about this hotel.Best hotel.

I stayed here for two days the staff & services were fine. What I didn't like is I was charged for two days under the breakfast plan but was not allowed to have breakfast on the check-in day although I reached 9.50 or 10 am & breakfast was going on. If you talk so highly about morality why this unfair practice of charging for two days in the breakfast plan and allowing breakfast only one day. I can understand if breakfast is not offered on the day of checkout because that day's tariff is not being considered. What is all the more surpising is first they replied to my review seeking an apology, however after sometime they removed their apology post. One more thing the location is 1 mins walk from railway staion, but in a highly congested neighborhood. Traffic is always peak and sometimes it's difficult to even cross the road. If your priority is to stay near the railway stn in a heavily congested location you can go for it.

They have lot of variety in their multi cuisine restaurant
Its situated in a very crowded yet convenient area
The staff is very polite and courteous

Best Hotel Ever😍
It takes Minimum 5mint Walking Distance from Railway Station.
Just Loved Their Rooms, Rooms are So Clean & Fresh.
Hotel staffs Are also very mannered and friendly.
The most important thing i loved about hotel that if You Are muslim you get Holy Qur'an in Rooms and for your prayer there is Ibadatgah( Namaz Room).
Also they have most delicious, Hygienic & halal food. Their Farmaish Restaurant serves Multicuisine food.
Just love their service, Thank You Hotel Sifat International for making my visit best in Surat.

But overall Well kept and well Done.

It was amazing experience of mine with this hotel 🏨 , the staff was extremely polite and the service was superfast, i wish to stay in the same hotel when i visit surat again ,
