Hotel Swati Dwarka

Hotel onwer has confirmed and agreed to provide me two 3 bedded rooms but refused one day before my arrival. So please book this hotel on your own risk.

one of the best hotel, I have ever visited in my life. Perfect hotel for family traveller near to dwarkadhish temple. Rooms are fit for 3 person. Has all basic facilities available. Room service is good and quick. Matress are comfortable. Breakfast options are limited but nice to have it. near to market ..you can get auto taxi just outside of hotel. Go for it. we stayed there for 2 days.

Best hotel to stay at Dwarka. Very close to Dwarkadhish temple. Total customer satisfaction, as the staff's are very friendly and polite. Even they have best restaurant service. Food tastes excellent. For me it was a great experience and lov d the stay. I recommend!

We booked two rooms and we used the first room to freshen up. After when we went to check the other at 11 pm it was not ready, unclean with blankets and food.lying everywhere. No proper process. Ac works only after 1 hour. The lobby gets fully dark after 11. A big safety hazard. They leave the guest to check and tell them about this. Very slow to resolve any issues.

Wifi was weak, had to use own internet, that was not expected from such expensive hotel. I don't know what kind of TV recharge they did but it went out every 5-10 mins. Other than that overall stay was great. they gave some rooms before checkin time since we came early which was nice. Rooms were clean. Toilet was clean. Room Service was good. Staff was polite and helping. Overall a good experience. Definitely worth recommending.

@Hotel is good.
@Restaurant is excellent. Staff at the restaurant is extremely courteous and helpful. They are young and zealous. Taking care of guests of different age is difficult but they are doing a great job. The supervisor is a young chap who is just way too excited to serve you and help you.

The staff team of hotel swati is very professional and take immediate action of request raised during stay even 1.00 am .
During stay my observations are listed below.

1. Room was are per shown in pics.
2. Cleanliness of room was perfect .
3. Washroom was neat and clean.
4. Room is design for considering basic amenities of tourist required during their journey.
5. Linen was found to be neat and clean.

From my side ,will definitely stay in this hotel again during next visit to dwarka.

Considering the location, it's indeed located conveniently next to the temple. However, there are couple of challenges. One, they don't have much option on the food, and quality is average/poor. 2nd, General Manager (if i recall Vikas) doesn't know how to talk to the customer. During our stay, we asked if we can have any food for the infant, and infact we requested them to prepare the food with the suji that we carried and we were ready to pay. But the person was indeed very rude and recommended for us to carry the induction cooker during our travel. Why is the hotel/restaurants meant for? It was a very shocking experience. I wouldn't recommend the hotel (at least for the family with the kids or elder) only for the reason that if the Manager behaves that way, what could we expect during our stay.
