5-star for the room. Slightly costly for the type of service provided, but everything else covers up for it. The location is just perfect for an outsider to stay. D-mart is right on the other side of the road and the hotel itself is surrounded by some wonderful restaurants offering quality buffet food, Wooddy Jhone's Pizza to name one. Not sure about the internet services as there was no signal in my room and didn't get a response (late at night) from room service. Since I was on a brief stay and used my mobile data for work, one might concede check this first if the internet is a priority.

Rooms are spacious and nice .. however, highly untrained service staff, especially reception staff behaves like Dhaba Staff... no hot water in the batroom.... Justified with Monkey Broke the water lines.. while check in, the reception staff insisted us to sign on plain paper (very unprofessional)....staff always response with an argument...shoppinng center is converted in to hotel...don't expect good ambience..visit this hotel only if you have any complusion...broken batroom slipper, no toilet paper provided, we had to ask for second towel despite we checked in two..

The hotel is on College Road Nadiad. Great location. Lots of restaurants and food joints around it.

Good location,. Room size is quite big, prompt service and staff also very cooperative overall value for money

The stay was good. Price was at the higher side. Check-out is 10 am but they didn't give extra leverage even if you check-in at 11 pm night. Atleast they should consider this thing, Other wise room was clean and staff was good. Food was average.
