Vraj Inn

Some of the staff members at the reception doesn't know how to talk to customers. The owner was a very good person, but the receptionist is not of a good behaviour, you can understand by the replies they have given to other people's reviews. We had paid for early check in but even after our train got 1 hour late then also we have to wait at the reception for almost 40 mins. Except the receptionist, everything was fine.

Very Bad service staff....none listens you and they are all busy in customers who pay higher prices or are in group....way bad experience

And if you say that it was season experience....my friend there were many you put before us to dine in....I know they were more and huge profit to see but bring some ethics....and this review is gonna stay here

Very bad room linen were not cleaned well bathroom stinky .. Pathetic service would recommend as last option to book

Overall a good experience. Service is prompt most of time. Food is tasty. Rooms are lean.
Staff is cordial and supportive. They even let us us common area as we reached some hours early.
Location is convenient if u have ur own transport.

Very supportive staff , room and washroom were clean, well working as per expectations.we enjoyed the stay very much. Food taste is really good and satisfactory. I would definitely suggest vraj inn restaurant for stay in Dwarka …

No hygiene maintained at all
When we ordered food it took almost mora than hour to get it served. breakfast was included in package but service was too slow to get it served .. When we actually came to have breakfast they started preparing same.. poor management.. in some rooms insect was found and bathrooms were not clean.. leakage of water

Mid range hotel. Not so bad, Not so good. Staff was humble & quick responsive. Ok for night stay .

Good hotel is good at peaceful location. Neat and clean with decent staff.
