Room was good but had some faults like noisy fan, broken side table and bathroom door was not closing properly. But comparing to other hotels in this place this hotel was good enough to stay. Restaurant- this hotel didn't had tie up with the restaurant. Restaurant had a long menu but served only kathiawadi food (tasty) that too limited dishes. And also restaurant didn't had card payment service so we had to pay cash for every meal.

Comfortable hotel near Dwarka Temple. Bus stand and sunset point are nearby. As per hotel staff, all rooms have AC. The interior of rooms looked pleasing and good facilities were provided. I felt the floor of the rooms little muddy though. Bedsheet and towels were clean, TV was working fine. They have a restaurant in ground floor which serve good and tasty Gujarati food. Staff are friendly and courteous.

Nice Hotel in Dwarka. Markets are nearby. Rooms were Clean but the Service may be improved. The Restaurant on Ground Floor is not Associated to the Hotel. The Hotel has been Renamed to Sanskriti Inn.

This hotel proved to be the worst.experience I ever had. The service is really poor. For each and every small things you need to call room service and they will take there own sweet time to complete the work .
Also during our stay we were served with TAP WATER (SALTED WATER) instead of RO water. When confronted with the manager about this he agreed that mistake was made but he could not take any kind of action as it would be against the hotel interest. Even after lot of confronting the managers reply was to do whatever we want to in this context.
The staff members entered our room without our consent in our absence claiming it was for room service. When we confronted they said it is normal protocol to not inform and guests and give the room service.in their absence. If we had wanted we should have told them not to enter in our absence.
The approach of working staff is not at all good. They take guests for granted claiming they would keep on getting businenss and our reviews don't matter really much.
Pros : near to dwarkadhis temple (half kilometer). Rooms are nice and spacious. There are lot of eateries and shopping options near by.
Overall experience : really bad. Never had this pathetic experience in my life.

One of the best value for money hotels in Dwarka with great location, friendly staff (specially reception), clean huge rooms with modern interiors.
I've rated it 4 stars just because of restaurent's super slow service, After calling them for 3-4 time they didnt picked up the dined dishes in front of our room and it was creating very bad smell in gallery area, they only pick it up after 24 hours. Also dining hall service time is very very slow however gujarati thali served there is good.

This hotel is situated in center of city. Temple is at walking distance from this hotel. Hotel has restaurant as well. Room rate are also quit economical. I had paid approx 900 for 1 night of AC room and they charge appox 550 for extra bed. Parking is little congested. Rooms are quite clean and staf behavior is also very good. There is Sugar and spaice restaurant near to this hotel,which is also good option for food.One of the best option for over night stay at Dwarka.

Best hotel in Dwarka at very affordable price. Most beautiful part of our stay was their food. It's make u feel like home. Simple nd homely food. Food is available till 11:30PM. It's located 20m near to Dwarka Nagar Palika bus stand. Staff is very polite. Clean rooms and Comfortable mattress. we loved our stay.

The room was spacious. The services were below par for an OYO hotel. Remote control of a.c. was not functioning. The stinking food plates were lying outside rooms on the floor. The breakfast plates were brought into the room were uncovered. The tea was not even warm. Unguarded parking area was littered with pointed protruding steel rods.
