Over expensive, according to a 3 star hotel. The rooms which we were given were damp even the beddings, we had to replace it at 12 in midnight when we could not sleep in those beddings. I mean they CLAIMED THAT IT IS A ITC GROUP HOTEL, honestly there was nothing like a five star ⭐ group experience. Rather my suggestion is to avoid these stay. There are way more hotels better and reasonable around it. Morning buffet had variety item but nothing was that tasty to have. I would suggest the hotel administration to upscale overall experience for that price value.

Wonderful service and great rooms But the best part was the staff. They were super helpful. I had to call an ambulance due to a medical emergency The staff packed us breakfast and lots of water and we there with us all along

Fortune park hotel is under ITC group. The hotel staff was very humble and understand their job. Rooms were clean, however little bit small. Breakfast was great with varities of food items. The one star is less due to my experience was not good during sleep as some of pillows were stinking badly, so the sleeping experience was no good. I belive this could be isolated case. Moreover it was good.

One of the best hotels in Vapi. Situated near Mumbai Surat highway. They have ample amount of car parking space. The rooms are clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
The in house food is pretty good. They have a good variety of dishes for breakfast. There is Starbucks, McDonalds, cloths shops and more near the hotel which is very good.
The gym is good. They have all the equipment's and its a full size gym.
The elevator needs an upgrade as its small and 2 people with some luggage is very difficult to fit in.

A week ago, I stayed at this place. The hotel is very well maintained. Room was excellent and comfortable. Food was delicious. People are extremely helpful and warm. I had travelled for work. The stay helped me to rejuvenate and helped me concentrate on my work with full energy.

It was very comfortable stay with decent hotel and excellent service.rooms are upto the mark.dinning is superb and healthy with tasty food.hotel is surrounded by shoping mall with variety of branded items and on high way road.Much recommended.

Main highway road of Vapi. It's the best Hotel Vapi has.....good food, very good Rooms, surrounding area is also very good with shopping malls, big brands and a Starbucks nearby.

I spent 2days here during the Christmas week. It's a wonderful place to stay. The location is awesome as it's surrounded by both local and branded shops where one can do good shopping. It's equidistant both from Silvassa and Daman. So, one can enjoy sightseeing to both these places from here. Just half an hour drive to both the places. The complimentary breakfast served had a great deal of variety. They come to each table and check with the guests on the food items to be served at the table. The staff all around the hotel is extremely courteous. True to the ITC brand, the services of the staff is par excellence-housekeeping, reception, restaurant,et all. We stayed in suite room as we were 3adults sharing the same. Extremely comfortable space. The bathrooms were very clean..The room was made up when we came back from our outings. Whenever we asked for anything, it was delivered in no time with a smile on their face. Thanks to the staff for giving us lovely memories of our stay here.
