Hotel is perfect its like home away from home. All staff a polite,respectful. The food is delicious and chef can customize the food to your taste. Hotel is safe for all security is top ad Hotel is most hygienic in the whole area even the tap / shower water is filtered definitely coming here every year.

Had worst experience at the roof top restaurant….me with my whole group of around 25 people on 1st November 2022 visited the roof top restaurant which is on the 10th floor. We ordered from the menu and they served us the food from the buffet thats on the 1st floor restaurant. When we asked the staff that is it the hakka noodles you have served us from the buffet or is it fresh, the staff agreed that yes it is from the buffet and the manager kept on arguing that we have served you fresh. Then we ordered a combo of paneer lababdar and butter naan, even in that they served us the sabji from the buffet and didn’t serve the fresh one. Felt like we get fresh food served at the normal restaurant also and sarovar portico in Junagadh serves the Alla cart menu from the one thats already prepared for buffet….have some shame managers your staff being on a normal job also tells the truth but you kept on denying and lied till the end.

Pleasantly Surprised to find this hidden Gem in Junagadh. New Construction, extremely clean & well maintained Property, spacious modern rooms, Nice Bathrooms & comfortable Beds. Loved this hotel. Little costly, but if you can afford, this Property is worth staying at.

Very close to Junagarh railway station. Hotel is in a high rise buildings. Good well furnished rooms and suites are available. Modern facilities are provided. Service is good but somewhat slow.

Worst food and extremely poor service at the roof top restaurant. Food served was cold. Taste was nothing like a premium restaurant. It was below average. Staff is not trained enough to change plates. Even after repeatedly asking to change plates waiter just changed the plate and left the used spoon and fork in plate. We travelled 30 kms specially to take dinner at this place but we were extremely disappointed by food and their service. Not recommended at all. Stay away from this place and save your money.

Sarovar Portico is one of the best hotels in Junagadh and best in value for money. It is centrally located with ample parking. Rooms are spacious and with all amenities. The service is also very good. We can have a beautiful view of Girnar Hill from the room. The Sky Lounge on the terrace has a small swiming pool. There is a great view of the town and the hill from here.

We Experienced slow service at the restaurant, The food was awesome and a great place to have a premium dinner experience 🍽️ , we haven't stay at their rooms, The food quality is very very good but the quantity is very less the main course sabji is maybe weight approximately 100 to 150 grams Not Enough for Even 1 Person and it's cost around Rs 500... We visited your hotel recently on 27th Jan 2023 and wanted to give you a review on the same. The check-in process was the most difficult with your staff. When we have a booking made for 2 people 2 rooms and we are showing them the booking on our phone, yet your hotel system only shows a booking for one room. Difficulty in locating our booking was so tedious by the staff and took up a lot of time. We asked for the manager of the hotel as the process was just not coming to an end but one of your male staff Mr. Yadav intervened and told us that we cannot yell at our colleagues. The three staff members who were very rude were Vivek Yadav, Rushali and Anita, and the manager was woefully incompetent Sanjay. When we asked the manager what the outcome is when all the staff member’s behavior and work ethic is so bad he said we will train his staff. Since your hotel is charging us so much money, we should at least expect the staff to be trained or act like they are providing their customer’s correct service. From the quality of the service to the food quality everything is mediocre and should be looked at by your management. The breakfast was oily, idlis were hard as rocks, coffee was cold, and all of this was at 8 am. We do not even wish to contemplate how much worse it would have gotten as the morning wore on. Your hotel is not worth even half the room rate. We were in the best hotel in Somnath and they were half your rate and twice your service. We would have given it a zero star but one is the minimum here. Our suggestion to other guests is avoid this hotel and go to other hotels in the neighborhood.
