The hotel might be 3 star but the service is no less than 5 star.
Jaideep at the front desk is an absolute gem and helped us with all of our requests.
He arranged everything on time and we'll done.
His warm smile and hospitality is enough reason to stay at this place.

The food at the restaurant is also very good

Staff is very co operative, courteous. Rooms were clean and well kept we were served with delicious and sumptuous breakfast. Restaurant food is also good and affordable prices overall experience was good Enjoyed the stay and hospitality

Hotel Onwer nature is so kind and he believes and service , good hospitality instead of earning money. Restaurants food is excellent special PALAK Soup Awsome, Clean room with full facilities and value for money. I love to stay next every time.

This was one of the best hotel experience after travelling the whole country. The rooms were neat and clean, there was sufficient parking at the property and the restaurant was one of the best we found in the city with good food and value pricing. However the star attraction was the buffet breakfast which beat 5 star buffet breakfast and is an excellent introduction to Gujarati breakfast food. The staff was also very courteous and helpful. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting Patan.

We found the Hotel well located and easily reachable. The reception was a breeze. As we drove there in a car, it was good to see that we could park the car just in front of the hotel and under the safety gaze of the security.
To our pleasant surprise, the rooms were beyond our expectations, clean and hygienic and very well appointed. The bathroom was absolutely top class and provided with soaps, shampoos, dental kits, comb, hair dryer etc. All fittings looked new. Very well maintained.
Their restaurant on the first floor was real good and impressive. The best part is, breakfast which is elaborate with a distinct Gujarati accent. We found that the owner, Mr. Patel remains present during the breakfast time to see that everything is upto mark and also interacts with the guests, so much so that guests come as visitors but leave as his friends.
From Patan we went to Mount Abu for a day. We liked the Grand Raveta so much that we returned to the same hotel to enable us see Rani ki Vav and for a bit of marketing.
We loved the stay and have no hesitation in recommending it to others. 5/5.
Best overall stay, friendly ambience.

Great rooms, excellent food and very helpful staff. The well appointed rooms were very clean and sanitised. Food was very tasty and customised to our requirements. Complimentary Breakfast has several options...all tasted good. Great value for money

Amazing room service and spacious room. The breakfast on both days we stayed was delicious. All the staff were very helpful and responsive when asked for any need. Overall experience was excellent and I would highly recommend this Hotel and we will be definitely back .
