Rooms are clean. Bedsheets are not clean.
Bathroom not clean as expected.
Hot water not available on demand,it is scheduled every morning from 5.30 am every day. On next day hot water arrived in tap before 5.30 am.
No lift available.
AC was old but Powerful.
Generally price in off season was half of Seasons rate.

The receptionist was rude. Asked for full payment at the time of check inn. We asked him to give us few minutes we will visit atm then we will make full payment. We have also paid some amount before arrival to book the room. But receptionist . receptionist ko bat krne ka bhi trika nhi

Worst service. Even tea is not available in this hotel. Very bad behaviour of management. Hot water for bath also not provided properly. I will not recommend to any one.

Most disgusting hotel room ever experienced. The room was uncleaned when we arrived. After complaining a cleaning person came and took some toilet paper with water trying to remove some stains from toilet. Snot and yellow stains on the bed sheet and cushions. Everything dusty greasy and dirty.

The hotel management's behavior towards customer is very bad. They treat guests like beggar. Very bad approach. Also, no facilities are provided at hotel. Even chai is also not provided by the hotel. Location is also not good. No restaurant. Bad service. Overall bad experience.
