To begin with, the amenities and facilities provided in the room were top notch. Secondly, the food quality for the breakfast included in the package was also delicious, with a varying menu everyday. Also, the staff was extremely well mannered and provided swift services. On the other hand, one thing I disliked was that the elevator card access issue was bad. Needed to contact the reception multiple times regarding that. Overall, it was a good experience and a fantastic vacation here.

We stayed in this hotel for our special occasion. We were amazed to see such an active housekeeping staff like Taj if I am remembering his name correctly as he made sure and ensured that all of our needs were met on time and attended professionally. Housekeeper made sure to attend us when we requested for some extra amenities and toiletries for some of our particular need. He extended her courteous gesture and visited us and we liked to see such a courteous staff. We as a family liked the way she helped us and will certainly recommend this hotel to our other friends and relatives

Clean and sanitized room, washrooms is neat and clean. Staff specially housekeeping is very helpful and supportive. special thanks to Ashwin Bed linen also clean and stain free also they made nice towel art in my room.laundry service is good service on time delivery

A very comfortable stay for a family vacation! view from the room was soo good! The pool is very properly maintained and not very big. Provided an extensive complementary breakfast! Would recommend that the staffs be more pleasant and welcoming! The rooms were beautiful, Rest, had a lovely time at the hotel.

Clean and sanitized rooms,washrooms in lobby were very clean and tidy. Staff specially in housekeeping is very helpful and supportive and make our stay very comfortable. Ashvin from housekeeping department was extremely polite and helpful in guiding us through any of our queries and made sure we had a wonderful stay.

Very comfortable and memorable experience at the hotel. We had booked 2 rooms and requested them to be close to each other. Hotel manager had arranged 2 connected rooms and kids loved it. Special evening premium snacks at executive lounge was a big surprise. Would love to visit again. Thanks

Good location, room is neat and clean corridor good maintained, bathroom amenities nicely placed, food also good. Hospitality was excellent. Whole housekeeping staff was excellent specially thanks to Ms Tutumoni . They are all very well behaved and caring. Overall it was a pleasant stay and like to visit again in future.
