A nice and clean hotel located quite close to Ganesh Chowk. Easy transport available. Front hall staff well behaved and helpful. Centrally airconditioned rooms. Rooms are good size and bathrooms are decent size. (Though my room had broken tiles which should have been taken care of by the management.)
The restaurant is good but could be improved, specially the service staff needs to be trained. May be more staff is required.

It's very good Hotel , service was fast , breakfast they serve few things which gets cooked fresh for you from breakfast menu, would recommend this hotel....

This is one of the iconic hotels in Anand. It has become old enough for some minor repairs to be done. However it is still most preferred because of its hospitality,good food and excellent location.
We reached at midnight still the hotel staff gave us proper welcome and gave the best possible rooms as per the budgets.

I went to meet my brother who has checked in the hotel. We were asked for ID cards to go to the room. While we were furnishing the ID proof the person at the counter behaved absolutely offensively. He gave looks lat us as if we had come to ask for charity. One ongoins guest then interviened and helped us . I would never recommend such hotel stay or restaurant where the counter persons are so so misbehaving.

If there was negative star, i would have given to this hotel. First they don’t accept foreing country card. Second service is worst. I stayed in hotel max 2 hours and i have check out because there is no wifi, there is no tv, if you want to order drink, it is way way way too over pricey and they scam the people. When you are there, don’t order ice because they freaking charge you 51 INR. Would not recommend this place for anyone. This is way too low quality hotel. This should be negative 1 star hotel.

Excellent coffee and food there. Rooms are also equally good. Best place to stay at Anand.
