Not good at all... I am staying in this hotel from last 10 days due to company purpose... Limited options for food and service is very poor... Hotel seems to be very un professional.. Made at isolated location and no shop is there nearby. But rooms are very comfortablr to stay...

Nice hotel. Little far from city though. Food is good. Rooms are unbelievably big and well equipped with storage spaces and furniture. Service is pretty decent. WiFi connection doesn't reach some rooms so ask for the room accordingly. Otherwise its a decent place for staying.

Rooms are so spacious . It's new hotel. Having all functional amenities. They have restaurant too. Staff is supportive and helpful. It's on high and 6 km away from main Mehsana city.

I and 10 other of my pilot batchmates (including an Ex Air Force officer) had an nightmarish stay in hotel Stay Plus. We made an agreement with the OWNER that since we are students training nearby and require a stay for a couple of months, to allow us to stay in the hotel at INR 19000 a month. 3 weeks into the stay, the owner revised the payment 1k additional citing heightened electricity bill issues. (We stay outside the hotel for our training 6 days a week for 12/13 hrs a day). We agreed to pay 1k more and apologized for any inconveniences caused due to us. During the course of these 3 weeks the staff also entered all of our rooms without our permission, while we were away citing A/C maintenance issue. 1 week into the NEW agreement. He revised the payment FOR THE THIRD TIME IN ONE MONTH said we are not allowed to use ANY electrical appliances in the room (items in questions one iron and one 240W baby washing machine only used to wash private items that can't be given for laundry). He demanded that 6k be paid additionally for food regardless of whether or not you eat. Keep in mind that our cost has now increased from 19k to 27k. Within a single month. He also said we are not allowed to bring in ANY of our own food, be it fruits or even small snacks. He also refused to even provide a TOWEL to us because "we're paying less and can't expect the same service as others". As you can imagine we were all disgusted with this behaviour and brought it to head. He then drafted an agreement. Demanded we sign it which basically said he can revise the payment anytime he wants, increased laundry charges and told us incase we leave after 2 days of the month beginning, we have to pay for the whole month and they won't charge us on per day basis. Please think twice before coming here. The staff is rude and entitled despite us all being extremely polite and respectful to everybody at all times. Any leniency they provide is later thrown at your face as a favour they did to you, despite the fact you are paying for it all. There is no mental peace of mind here and no knowing when they change their plan and make you pay for their own personal groceries as well. When we refused to pay any and every extra charges to these guys demanded they SWITCHED OFF THE ELECTRICITY AND THE LIFT AND LOCKED US SO WE COULDN'T LEAVE. Be warned and very careful while making a deal with the owner. He is not a person of his word, has no business plan and is always trying to extort money out of his customers.

Overall, food quality and quantity is very good and all are the staff members are quite helpful and they follow government guidelines to protect their customers as well as themselves from COVID-19. Each and every table & chair senitize and every staff member wear face mask & hand gloves to provide security for their customers. Every room has a large bed with comfortable mattress and pillow and every room has separate bathrooms. However there are some problems with the parking area because hotel does not have a personal parking area, so it's a little bit problematic for everyone.

Very bad hotel, dont come to this, dirty rooms and bed, no resturant serbice, even the water bottle they provide us are used bottles
