The hotel staff and manager are not at all customer friendly. While room cleaning they picked up our things (enen though those were not costly, but even a piece of paper of customer shall not be taken by staff) and did't return. After calling couple of times and escalating to manager they gave those back. The body language was too weird and they said it was in polythene bag and all, but it's not at all acceptable to touch personal belongings of customers. The behaviour is really rude towards ladies as well. Management shall look into the same.
Rooms are good and reasonable rate during weekdays.

Absolutely third class hotel to stay in. The rooms doesn't even have proper lights only one light was working. The bed sheets & pillow covers were having stains on them. When confronted about this to their hotel manager he rudely told us to leave the hotel if you want & the reason he gave is that all the rooms have same problem. As the order was prepaid we had no other option but to stay there for 2 nights in spite of all these ridiculous behavior. I urge you guys not to stay at this hotel at any cost. They charge these much amount and the service that you will get is not even 10% of what you paid.

We didn’t find the hotel so we contacted the manager. After we reached the hotel the manager told us there were no booking with your name and in-fact the rooms are not available. When we contacted the hotel nobody on the call told us about the unavailability of the rooms at that moment. We showed the picture of our online booking as they were approved from the hotel itself and then too the hotel staff told us that we cannot stay there. When we went there the timing were about 7 to 8 pm and when can we find other hotels at that moment. We just got there to waste our time. The behaviour of the owner itself was very disrespectful towards us. Such a disappointing incident. I would recommend people not to stay there as we just have to pay them in lots and the behaviour towards the customer is rubbish.

Room rates are on higher side as it does not offer complimentary Breakfast. It's not worth paying only for staying. Over all experience is Average.

Good: Location, cleaning and hospitality.
Bad: Hot water available only between 7 AM to 9 AM. In this winter, it is impractical. We knew about it only after booking and the booking was non-cancellable. We had to checkout early but they charged 100 rs/room extra for hot water. It was a rude shock even after paying 2k/room 😳
