Breakfast is so bad...there is TV and tata sky in the room. But no recharge in any Set-top box. We must have to see only free to Air channels. Also, complaint to receptionist, he said we can't do anything. We have orders to don't recharge in Set-top box in all oyo flagship hotels. I will never book any oyo flagship hotels ever...

The worst of the worst experienced ever room service was pathetic if there would have been 0 rating I would have rated 0.We called for room service didn't showed up till 2 days called for water did not show up had to bring the water on our own,the room was so sorry the day we checked in has to look multiple trims but all the same with insects stained bed sheet and covers.It would have been an essay if I'd write down the whole experience but can' t so in short "NEVER EVER BOOK YOUR STAY IN OYI AAGAM SQUARE."

I was stay here for 5 days specially for rest, if u are looking for piece then this is a best place without any noise pollution. Room service is a good, little menu available for breakfast lunch n dinner, staff are nicely trained and all staff are respect to every guest, no any rude staff... But in meal have a need some more items because if you want to stay for long then can't eat only paneer everyday. All are good.. Thank you to all the staff of la casa..

Pathetic Service. Rude behaviour from hotel management & staff. Basic amenities like towel, shampoo not given. Initially they even denied giving breakfast when booking was shown to them with breakfast & later they didn’t give breakfast till 8:30am & had to leave without it. Shall not recommend anyone to go for it.

I stay in this hotel 2 night very good Hotal, All staff memeber is good. Every day room sanatize and cleaned. The tv and TATA sky Setup box work properly I am enjoying the IPL on the TV. Room service is good. If I need anything call by telephone ( telephone also available in the room) all need fulfill by staff. Food is to good I am order deluxe thali =120 ( 3 roti with butter, Rice, Dal, Sabji, Salad, Pickles, Papad)
Shall not recommend anyone to go for it.
