The hotel is excellent. The location, the food , the room size, the pool , the property/lawn , the staff everything was excellent. I thought it is expensive when I booked it , but when I reached there and entered the lobby to the reception I understood what I had paid for. Its located right next to the lake. The hotel does not have its own compound for parking but there is good enough space to park besides the hotel and a security guard to watch the cars.

the stay was excellent.. rooms was really spacious , good and open air.. the front desk offered us lake view hotel as an upgrade... appreciate the services the buffet breakfast was on time and spread was good choice .

This hotel is having an excellent location just in front of "NAUKA VIHAR" - at famous lake of saputara. breakfast and dinner offers enough varieties to satisfy everyone's need. they were prompt on providing service. furniture inside the deluxe category room is old and cleanliness can be improved.

Loved the stay in patang residency super location, very good ambience, good clean place , very cost bedroom, good breakfast , excellent masala chai, had a very cosy, peacefull stay thank you to the whole staff for their super hospitality .

The location of the hotel is good and the rooms are big. Special mention about the maintenance and house keeping, who attend to you with a smiling face. Food requires little improvement. The hotel is located bang opposite the boating club with a small market area around it

One of the best food we ate so far. May it be breakfast, lunch or dinner. Food 5/5 Location is in front of Lake. 5/5 Room 4/5 Service 5/5 Will visit again and again. Great hospitality.

Amazing stay at Patang in Saputara !! All of us enjoyed a lot. The only feedback, i will have will be on option to convert breakfast to lunch or dinner for those who are traveling early in morning on last day of checkout. This helps as early morning 6am you do not have option to pack breakfast and neither that packed breakfast is of much use. I would appreciate if management will give due consideration to this special ask. This is our second stay at Patang and both the time we faced the same challenge. Else, our stay at Patang was great !!! Dinner was good. Thank you for great service.

Overall stay was good.
Pros: 1. Property is in prime location, just opposite boating club entrance. 2. Hotel premises is very clean and hygienic. 3. Garden and swimming pool are well maintained. 4. Food was good and dinning staff very courteous. 5. Room service and housekeeping was prompt and staff was polite. 6. Hot water shower was as expected and overall sanitary was good.
Cons: 1. Hotel is old though and rooms needs definite upgrade. Therefore, price wise it is over-rated. 2. Hotel do not have car parking in its own premises. Though road parking adjacent to hotel, guarded by hotel security is available. 3. Lakeview room are not as expected. All you can see is maket road in front of the hotel and trees blocking the lake view. Therefore, would recommend garden view rooms instead (which have balcony as well). 4. Mattress in my room was uneven and lead to backache. Requested to replace it, however, hotel did not had a spare mattress. No alternative option was provided to resolve the issue.
