Hotel price is low in breakfast that every walk in guest can eat it. Breakfast was too good. Service staff also. Chef Mr prakash was also polite towards guest and He talk with us and wishes us in morning I like the nature.

I'm Wilbur Vaz from Goa and I would like to raise a serious compain about the hotel facility. I had booked 2 rooms, one for 3 adults and other for 2 adults and one child. We came here today in the morning at 9.45am and immediately after coming to reception I was told that they will charge extra for the child as it's not showing in booking and started argument that any child above 6 yrs will be charged extra. After I showed the booking confirmation they agreed. They checked us in immediately by 9.50 and told that I can pay for early check-in later but when I insisted to know the charges Manager said that since I checked in 10 min before 10am I have to pay 50% extra and if it was after 10am it would have been 25%. I told him that we are still at reception and by the time we reach it will be 10am but he was unwilling to listen. When I argued and said I will be complaining he said he will take decision and tell me later. When I was at the room he called me and told me that he will charge 25%. After that I called the food section on phone and asked them whether I was eligible for breakfast on the day of check in as I had paid 25% extra and I informed that my regular breakfast I would have on next day. He said yes we can have on both days and I reconfirmed on phone. When I was having breakfast one person from restaurant interrupted and said we need to pay for breakfast as the money that I paid was only for early check-in. I told him that I have reconfirmed on phone and they said that it was complementary on both days. I spoke to Manager and he reteriated saying that I have to pay for breakfast or pay 50% extra check-in charges. I told him that I already got confirmation on phone that I can have complementary on both days and he said that the staff may have got confused and that I should have logic that when I book for 1 day it's only one breakfast complimentary. I told him that I will not pay for staff mistake. He said he will let me know later. Again when I asked after half an hour whether issue is resolved and he told me that since it was staff mistake he will cut salary from his staff to make the payment and that I should reconsider my request which I denied. We later went out from hotel after all issues and came back in the evening only to find that the card was not working of the room. I went to reception to inform them and they said that I had to pay 25% extra for early check-in which I immediately paid and they gave access to card. After coming to the room I ordered food and went to rest room only to find that flush is not working properly and I had to use dustbin to let flush. I went to have bath and to great horror found that water was clogged. I called the reception and utility person came and fixed the water clogging issue but couldn't fix the flush so he went away and no one came for long time.By the time food arrived and I told them that we have not had bath and to delay the food. But he said that payment has to be done within 20 min of order. So I told him I'm waiting for last half an hour for fixing of my toilet and i will not pay for food unless toilet is fixed. Then he activated some people and reception called and said that they will change room to ground floor from first floor. I did not agree as my in-laws were in first floor but they insisted that there is no room on top floors but I refused to leave. After 5 min a person rang the bell and told me that they have arranged room on same floor as they have told their regular customer to leave the room on same floor and move to ground floor to make place for us. We then were moved to other room. Mean while the restaurant person asked me whether I can pay and they will make food hot and bring later whenever I call and I paid. By the time we went for bath the restaurant person came and delivered the order saying that the food won't get spoilt if it's kept for sometime. By the time we all had bath the soup got cold. I wanted my fmly to enjoy the holiday at standard hotel when all the hotels nearby had lower room rates but instead we had the worst hotel experience ever.

We stayed here during a long road trip and Baroda wad just a stopover hence were looking for a cost effective place for a night over and early morning push off.

But even with very low expectation was disappointed with this hotel.

The room key just wouldn't work and had to go down thrice to get it reactivated but failed each time. Room washy ready when we wanted to check in that too late evening which was an irritant. Very cramped up and the veiw from the window is pathetic. Didn't try the food though. What works for them is the location with plenty of option just a shirt walj away.

The room was so small in size and wash rooms door was not closed properly and it's remain in open condition..when i informed this issues with reception staff there was no response..
Night 10.30 to 12.30.pm.i had requested them for room change they didn't give any response..
Finally i told them that i will come and sit at reception i do not want to stay this type of worst room then they given another room which is some what ok..

Good service from hotel staff especially Mr. Hari Om. Hygienic food. Very humble behavior of management and hotel staff.
Always ready to help. Nice trip n experience.

Extremely long waiting hours for checkin and check-out
More than half the time their system doesn't work either due to slow internet (which is ironic, given it is Gujarat) or due Ginger server issues.
Room quality have to improve a lot to meet other Ginger hotels
I saw huge rats running around in the area where guests bedding and pillows are stored

Nice cossy room for execitives or working people or signle person who want to get fresh n have good night sleep after whole day of work. Staff is good. Room service is good. Room r small little but it is good. Bathroom r spacing clean. No toiletries have to buy n no towels n all. They have resturant down where u can have good food but it is little pricey.

Centrally located. Decent rooms however they need to do some pest control (there more unwanted guests in washroom - insects!). Morning b/f quality can be little better - Vadodara and Gujarat is known for good food !
