We cancelled our booking once we saw our room, it was extremely dirty and the walls had paint stripping off. In addition the manager was extremely rude to talk too and hang up the phone when we asked if an upgrade/alternate room was available. In 10 minutes he arrived at the hotel and when questioned why did he hang up the phone on us; he mentions this is how we talk in Mehsana. We asked for the owner and he told us he was the owner himself. The behaviour of him to deal with customers was extremely( if hotel reception is video recorded, it should be viewed) The owner needs to coach him on how to deal with customers. In case, this guy himself is the owner, I advise fellow travellers to avoid this hotel at all costs.

the Delux room was not at all up to the mark. The tap near wash basin is leaking, the AC was not seems sufficient for cooling the room. otherwise the size of room is as per expectation. The hotel is already under renovation so you cannot feel good if you use stairs.

Cleanliness can be a huge area for improvement. A lot of work going around here and there in the premises so rest quality may be an issue. Overall a good stay for short periods Good and polite people to attend you

Average rooms.the building is in circular shape, rooms are small and service is good. But no kitchen of their own yet if you want to eat you have to order from outside.

Rooms can be lot better. Design is quiet crazy!! It has a pillar in the middle of the room!! The toilet is another level!!! Very old building !!

service is good room is also good furniture not enough good staff behavior is politeon the main road so easy to transportI need room in a peaceful atmosphere. well furnished, on the main road so easy to transport,value for money .near or with a restaurant. Balkans is more comfortable with at least one chair in the room.
