Hotel Dream Inn

Rooms are really small. Phones don't work. You have to get out of your room to communicate with the receptionist. TV and AC remotes had cell issues. Toilet seat is partially broken. I had to ask for toiletries, it wasn't already provided. Service is really poor. Giving one more star since rooms are kept clean.

Unhygienic pillow covers, bedsheets & blankets having blood of mosquitoes on it. Didn't bother to check towels. They were not clean or washed. Foul smell in the rooms and bathroom and very compact rooms. They don't have mineral water as well in their hotel...There were mosquitoes as well ... Not recommended to stay for families as well as those coming for business. Staff was rude too... I checked in late at 10:30 pm & checked out at 11:30 pm, while checking out I noticed the hotel staff was sleeping in one of the unoccupied room...

This is worst experience ever. I have decided not to use oyo ever again in my life. This was my first and last ever booking with oyo and Hotel Dream Inn. Firstly they gave us discount but at the time of check-in they charged extra. And then after 1hr of settlement, the Hotel gave us the worst room, the roadside hut would be better than the room they gave us. The service provided felt like grudges of centuries by manager to us. We felt so uncomfortable and discomforting that we left the placed, cancelled the booking by the night.

Nasty place, unfriendly money minded people. They first asked me to cancel my oyo booking which was 1400 rs for two nights and then he charged me at ratevof 1200 ra per night and i kept my lugggae and later I found a PG and then I asked for a refund as I didn't stayed and then he didn't have me even half refund and also I realised that i missed two small lugggage worth 6000 inr stuff including my braded shoes, crocs, and three bedsheeets and other clothes. I didn't even picked up my calls and was rude. I wouldn't reccomend any genuine person to stay there.

In this hotel, I've done my booking, room was not available there even I've booked in advance, so they shifted me in another hotel saying that it is part of our hotel only, in which they ask me for advance payment and that room is not cleaned, washroom is so dirty.
First they have given me unsealed water battle and when I ask for a sealed one, he said to pay extra for that.
The room which given to me, in that window 's lock was broken so it wasn't safe to stay in that room, I ask to shift in another, another room assign to me after 4 hours. Worst stay experience ever I had.

I suggest to you every one don't go in this hotel..these guys are biggest fraud. I don't know why oyo list this kind of hotel. 1 worst thing is they take your luggage out if u r not in the room and give the room someone other for 2 - 3 hr. They ask money 1st then they will do check inn.
No ventilation in room and toilet. Superb bad smelly room. In the midnight some bad people come in the hotel u people can understand. Whole night disturbance.

Please don't do for it. It's better go for a lodge or dharamshala or better stay at railway station or

Worst experience. They did not have a room available at 6 pm for a prepaid booking which was from 12 pm. They also claimed that the room, if it were might available, could be different from that which is claimed in the photographs. They asked to consult the online booking partner and settle it with them. Such a poor customer service and totally dissatisfactory experience.

Nice place to stay. Has all facilities. But while booking there can be confusion from their side so confirm twice before staying
