Below average hotel, charges are too high as per quality of room. Pathetic cleaning and no one comes to clean room unless you call 2-3 times. Hotel don't have it's own kitchen. If you order any food they will just bring from street vendor or any other restaurant. Only one person is available in evening and night and most of the time he doesn't respond if you call room service or reception. No toiletries except a soap is provided. Only positive thing is humble behavior of manager. I don't recommend this hotel at the price they are charging.

I had a great experience at hotel berlin. I came from another hostel desperate because of their customer relation. I booked my rooms through MMT. The check in time provided was 12pm. But reached the hotel at 8am since i had no other option as i reached ahmedabad in train and had to be at gandhinagar.without hesitation they provided me with room.
Pros: good and well behaved staffs, well lit and spacious rooms, Strong wifi,
Cons: the room had a slight smell issue.

Worst hotel ever! All the reviews are fake or paid do not judge upon them you’ll surely disappoint yourself. I went to check in hotel and I already had my online booking confirmation and paid in full but the hotel denied and said the rooms the full. We said we’ll wait atleast get the bell boy to get our luggage they said kindly pick up your luggage by your self and the hotel is in 3rd floor. Close kardo hotel vaha se Gujarat ka naam maat kharab karo😡😡😡😡😡

The hotel service, neatness, food & stay is all OK. Toilet not so clean, Faucet was leaking, TV not working.

The hotel is not managed professionally which reflects in its non cleanliness and overall service. Cleaning was not good, TV cable was not working. Though the persons working were very good but not professional. Good location though with few good restaurants, shops around it.

It was not at all like the pictures mentioned. Toilets and linen were not clean. There was no tv connection, electric kettle or balcony as depicted on the booking site. The room lock was also not working. The fridge was having old food stuff from earlier guest which was not removed also. Overall, disappointing experience and not worth the price.
