The City Tower Hotel & Restaurant

Had an amazing experience. Truly impressed. Genuine people. Everyone is very polite and extremely helpful he rooms are clean and well equipped with necessities. You might want to learn to use the flush while being shown around because it's some new technology.

Although the Somnath temple is 7 kms away but you get share autos for 20 rupees at the circle which is right adjacent to the hotel. You will always get it. The nearest bus stop (depot) is Veraval bus stop.
Courteous staff.

And by far the highlight was the food. Best. At a reasonable price.

Zero value for money. Absolute pathetic. Good rooms but equally poor service standards. Increase in rates but not bothered to increase service standards. Even not investing in recharging DTH while guest is occupied.

It was a nice and pleasant stay at City tower Hotel. Located in heart of city surrounded by Shops, restaurants nearby. They having own restaurant too at roof top. Hotel Room was also spacious.

There was hardly any staff in this Hotel. It was kinda one man show, the same guy is receptionist, sweeper, waiter, water supplier and what not. Needless to say, service was heavily delayed.
We hardly got hot water, the so called high-tech bathroom was a mess, we had to change room once (when that solo manager also couldn't operate the tap and flush), and was provided an alternate room, where things were marginally better.
Food was good... no complaints on that front. The staff was polite and cordial. Service, is non existent and needs a lot of improvement.

Amazing stay and hospitality. Owner is really a very kind person and arranges almost everything you ask for. Rooms and toilets are clean. I was searching for hotels during year end and all the available hotels were super costly compared to this one. I found this one in my budget. Somnath temple is just 15 mins away from here and auto rikshaw will charge for 20 Rs only per person. Restaurant is also available at the hotel that too for a reasonable rates. Would book the same hotel again in future if needed. Highly recommended.

Hotel is very good, but Breakfast not provide on time so not comfortable for sales persons because they want to check out early to reach other place so break not provide before 9 o'clock morning.

Room are very neat and clean but service is not up to the mark.
