Actually what happened is, when I reached to hotel with my confirmed booking, they said they don't have room available. The worst part is they also didn't cancelled the booking. Even at that time I told them to cancel booking so I can get refund and go somewhere else. Why I had confirmed booking. If they don't have room they should have cancelled and they even should not have kept booking open. At last they gave me lower category room and denied to pay me back the difference. So Effectively I used lower category room paying higher category room charges. Very bad. Better book other good hotels. What you will feel when you go with confirmed booking and hotel and they will say no room😨.

It's a very good hotel. Staffs are kind and helpful . All the meals are delicious and so many varieties are available. Rooms are very clean and all the amenities are available. There are indian and continental foods in the buffet. Restaurant is very nice and clean. I wish them all success in their business.

The most horrible experience we have ever had with a lemon tree property.The problems are highlighted as below: 1. A laundry bag of another guest (not part of our booking) was kept in our room.while we were proactive in returning immediately once we got to our room and noticed.The front desk expected we pay INR 600 for that. 2. It was clearly a depleted property and not maintained properly 3. There was stench in the lobby and hallway 4. The towels provided carried a smell that was unbearable 5. The breakfast spread was mostly stale 6. There was no hot water in the room 7. Delays in providing crockery or any housekeeping assistance Numerous time we asked for the manager of the property,but there is clearly no manager. I request readers to pardon my language but the modus operandi of the hotel staff was to make any random staff member wear a black blazer and call the staff member a manager. Now obviously the black blazer was not iron man’s suit that this individual could do any miracles. We tried complaining with make my trip,the executive was Tarun Singh who could not provide any solution and kept asking for time.he promised to get back but hasn’t till now. Most poor experience from both lemon tree and make my trip. Customer is usually the king but both lemon tree and make my trip ensured that are like paupers

Such a terrible hotel. Very old property. staffs here are not responding for any of your queries. Very ordinary breakfast. Even for dinner they have provided a cold sandwich which is worth of 500 rupees. It's not even worth for 30 rupees. Roadside you will get better quality sandwich. These guys are spoiling the name of Lemon Tree. If you want to have unpleasant stay you can book this hotel.

The rooms are ok. Need a renovation for sure. Staff is super slow. If you have breakfast included in your plans be prepared to wait for an hour atleast to get anything refilled in the buffet breakfast station.

Its a convenient location and good property. We visited at a heavy rush time of Utarayan that's why the staff was unable to cope up with room service demands. Breakfast spread is decent and food is tasty. Front desk needs sprucing up.

Had a great experience. I went to Ahmedabad for a client meeting and my stay was delightful because of the Lemon tree. The staff was amazing and very helpful.

Please refer to our telephonic discussion on 7th February, 2023 regarding my stay at Lemon Tree Hotel , Ahemdabad. Please take note of following :
a)Upon our arrival at 1700 hours, we asked for a bathing stool, a bucket, and a mug. After we took a bath, your hotel gave a bucket and a mug, but the bathing stool wasn't available until after our visit. b)We each paid Rs. 861.16 for an early check-in for two rooms. This is extortion. I suggest to Lemon Tree Hotel management that rather than utilising these ludicrous extortion methods, why not simply cut off your guest's head and take all the money?
