Worst… small stinker rooms, rude, unprofessional staff. No managers and no manners. I ordered something in room service, after one hour, another person said they don’t serve in room. However after another 30 minutes, another person delivered the same without confirmation. Stating reasons, they don’t have sufficient and trained staff. Bathroom was super dirty, all taps leaking. No manager was available to talk to. Only negative things. Must avoid.

Food served here is average and you should not expect variations for your taste buds. Although Gujarati Thali is good to taste. The location is very good and exceptionally nice parking for two and four wheeler.

Absolutely third class hotel.Rooms are useless. Service staff does not listen to guest. Our ordered dinner was supplied after 2 hrs and that too was incomplete .Quality of food is worst . I am yet to see a third class hotel like this of my 40 years of travelling . Easily can be compared with Hell. No one should stay here. Value of money is ZERO.

If you are a thali lover and In Rajkot then KK thali is the destination. Great value for money Thali is having good varieties as well as has quality products. Better hygiene and cleanliness but the best part of the experience is the SERVICE. Their hospitality and welcoming staff is giving top notch experience One of the best quality service in my experience Great work KK hotel and staff

Very very poor. Bathroom in very bad condition & stingy smell. No proper locks in bathroom to lock the doors switch board falling down. Bathtub in bad condition. Room not comfortable. Bedsheets & towels are smelling bad & not clean. tea kettle not working intercom not working. Breakfast very poor. Better don't eat. Service worst. Finally don't book this hotel.

Mr jesal manager, who doesnt care about ur stay after he gets money.doesnt even bother to look into matter People will take u for granted , and wont give you room even though u have paid , we entered room at 4 pm

I stayed for one night during my visit to Rajkot. I do not recommend it for family. This is more of a couple hotels for hourly lending. A sophisticated OYO. The receptionist was so rude and careless to offer me a room at the same time so friendly with a few couples waiting to get room for an hour or two. Maybe this hotel is not interested in business travellers intending to stay overnight. He made me wait for 1 hour before room , at the same time , the hourly couples were getting room so quickly and easily. Maybe they are more profitable. Disappointed as a business traveller. I recommend it for unmarried couples who want to enjoy their short stay.

This was by far the most pathetic hotel i have stayed in my entire life hands down.
I had booked 3 rooms here from 20th to 22nd December 2022 for me and my family. It took the reception to check-in my reservation around 30mins which is exceedingly too much but I let it go. Then we left out luggage in our rooms and went out for a late night dinner, after coming back the room access card was not working for 2 rooms so we called the reception to give us access to our rooms and the receptionist was taking his own sweet time to respond and send someone to help us....this took 45 minutes to get entry in our own checked in room. Now at 1 in the morning ACs in two of the rooms were not functioning and the hotel staff was least interested in making amends to this fault. We finally received a room (the same room size and amenities) which they were calling as compensation at 2.15am. we were exhausted from our trip and had just one day in Rajkot which was ruined because of KK beacon hotel and the untrained and non compliant hotel staff. Finally during my check out on 22ne December at 4am in the morning the hotel did not have any staff to help us with our luggage and we had to do this by ourselves. I think the hotel was not aware that i had paid entire tariff to book the rooms and we're not staying there for free that we were being treated like this (do look at the attached picture of the 1hour of harrasment the hotel staff did to us while fixing the AC at 12 in the night.) I wish there was an option for negative rating.
No one should stay here. Value of money is ZERO.

Thali is having good varieties as well as has quality products. Better hygiene and cleanliness but the best part of the experience is the SERVICE.
