Hotel Nova Boutique Rajkot

The rooms were super good for the price. It's really affordable and luxurious. They catered very well with the late night dinner and check in request. The whole staff is polite and welcoming. The hotel is 5/5 considering the taste of food as well. Super good. The only issue was with the bathroom filling up with used water due to slow/blocked drainage. Rest all good.

I did booking through online and got call in advance about the same. Once I reached by 10.50pm, reception person (shankar) was demanding booking voucher and without my knowledge he is entering review as 5 star then filling all data quickly in my mobile. In few seconds he completed it and such experience I never had in any part of my travel in India. AC was not working properly and light setting in room very poor. Need improvement in maintenance.

Typical smell all over rooms passages.
No proper ventilation. Suffocating. Regretted for booking on line. Not up to the mark. Needs thorough cleaning.

rooms are okay. location is good. they dont have a restaurant or dining soace. its just small sized rooms. clean sheets though

We were traveling from Mumbai and had booked hotel for stay but it was pathetic hotel we got. Do not go on photos and reviews which has been posted as 5* it's all fake. Everywhere in hotel no smoking boards are posted and every room has got the ashtray. And room were just stinking of sigarate smoke. Unprofessional staff and unorganised hotels.

Not a good hotel as far as hygienic conditions are concerned. The pillow covers were soiled. There were few hairs on the covers. Not recommended for stay

The staff are courteous while their service is pretty decent as well. Food that I ordered was delicious and I am quite sure that you will get your money's worth staying at this place

This is a nice hotel in Rajkot, very close to Rajkot Bus Terminal. This hotel is budget friendly & the food here is very good. Parking is available. Rooms are clean & staff behavior is very friendly.
