We stayed here for two night, it was a awesum experience the room are super clean and the staff is very cordially and polite. Food was good and response time for any thing u asked was very less. All in all very nice place to stay with family and friends.

Excellent customer service and wonderful staff.
I also appreciate the infrastructure and room facilities, categories and the whole luxurious stay.
Great work of the restaurant staff also and it's food is also appreciating.

I stayed for 6 nights in June 2022. The room was clean and comfortable, but that's because the hotel is quite new. The staff were generally decent except for someone called "Rajesh" on the hotel's internal phone line who pretended to be the owner/manager and threatened me and asked me why I was not happy with watching Hindi TV channels instead of explaining why no English TV channel was available. Subsequently the front desk said they had no such employee but couldn't explain why the "no such employee" was able to threaten me on the hotel's internal phone line. Their promise to further investigate the matter and sort it out was never kept. I later found out that this "Rajesh" was in fact the manager of the restaurant, but I doubt if they've taken action against him.

Except for this deviant idiot employee and the fact that their strictly-vegetarian restaurant menu is a bit limited and dated (especially for non-vegetarians), it's a good place to stay in. I stayed for a week in June 2022 and will stay there again, but the management should take steps to ensure that customers are not threatened or harrassed.

This review pertains to their Banquet hall services:
1. Pathetic customer service, they did not have main lights or A/C turned on, until after the event started and only turned on after repeatedly asked by guests.
2. Servers were eating food out from the food being placed at serving counters for event guests, on being asked on duty manager to not do so, his response was that you are not running out of food, why do you care and that it was apparently normal for them (servers) to share and eat food in the same room as your event guests. All these conversations were very rude and loud. While them not giving any respect for our guests.

Pricing is very predatory, we had a contract signed with pre determined set up and pricing but they were trying to overcharge us by almost 25 -30% on final bill, plus they did not to provide itemized bill until pushed for it. Thanks to my local Indian relatives, they saw through managers intent and said we were not paying without itemized bill, which they eventually presented and we saw fake charges which then they had to remove, although not without another rude conversation.

Overall location and ambience is good, however I will be vary of hotels pricing policy and services, which are clearly designed and intended to fraud unsuspecting NRI's.

We hosted our son's wedding at the Nrich Skyotel in early Nov'22, and this was one of our best decision.
They accomadating our family's stay and helped us plan all events.
The hospitality and service was expectionally outstanding.
They went above and beyond to ensure all the wedding events were successful.
The management and leadership team played a great role to make our family members feel at home.
The food was excellent KUDOS to the Chef and the housekeeping staff was very respectful and very attentive to our guest.
Many family members also complimented the stay, food and, would recommend this hotel.
