located in bhavnagar, very poor bathroom with choked toilets and poor location. But, the staff in the kitchen was very good and caring. He even served food at 1 pm on the night on special request.

If there is any option for nagative star then i would give nagative star rating to this hotel. There is no cleanness and no give service. Totally west of money.

Rooms ok.... But entrance ( ground floor) was very worst..... management also good we are celebrate my father's birthday in Reception area.... Full support gave management.... Thank q.....

First off the good reviews provided are am not sure if it was from customers......
01.The hotel is located in an area that makes you feel Bhavnagar doesn't have good localities, unless you step out of this hotel
02. it survives by duplicating original resort "Vijay palace " located near RTO people get fooled by word palace.
03. owner is a very very rude guy. who is he to tell me that I arrived next day morning and I don't have a room. I had booked from day 1 afternoon to next day noon. it's my obligation to arrive in this period and leave within check out. He was creating so many situation to make me get out.
04. Rooms were not having basic fan facility, charger point was hanging out
finally when I booked taxi, couple of guys asked me why did you book this hotel. They told me in hindi some words that expressed ..........
if the owner travels one day to my native, I will revenge him by giving the best facilities a hotel should give for Rs.1200 which he has obviously missed giving me in his hotel
There is a veg restaurant by a third party catering who are amazing. Try eating there without staying in amazing palace.

I went to this hotel in Bhavnagar and stayed for some time only. And they provided very good service. Talking about the rooms they are maintained good, clean, and washrooms were also clean. You can easily find this hotel. Don't compare this with the main complex building because the complex is not that clean but the hotel is really good.
