A great experience. Good hotel staff & professional approach. We got great help from Mr. Amit Biswas & he had provided optimum help during my relatives stay. Rooms are good & clean. Food quality is also great.

Very good service room is also very nice clean A clean & comfortable room & bathroom with a walk-in shower, a room safe in the closet, an open view a friendly more than one restaurant to choose from. If the hotel is in a city it needs to be conveniently located, for my purposes, I always liked to be within walking distance of the fashionable shops as part of my work.

Located in the heart of the city. Rooms are big, clean and room amenities were in place. Staff was not helpful, didn't know anything about city, tourist places or locations. No parking available. Roof restaurant has good ambience. But costly compared to quality of food. Rooms are value for money.

Hi this hotel given us home feeling decent hotel for family with neat clean washroom kids friendly,staff are extremely polite and helpful special thanks to manger at reception given us good guidance and good room and our special thanks to chef mr amreesh who made food for fast as per our demand time to time with proper protocols and also security guard bhaiya and reception guy at night 🌃 . thanks to all staff members for their nice services my best wishes to swastik inn group for the future and definitely meet again in future. rooms are very nice. the food is okaish. they upgraded my room as the lock of my original was not working and rest other rooms are full. location is also fine.

Nice Place To Stay, Family Friendly and Hygienic. Rates are Bit High If you book at Hotel’s Desk. But They Cooperate with Check In- Check Out Time.
