Well built Hotel but due to less occupancy no maintenance and restaurant services are also not functional!! The rates should be accordingly reduced and services also to be improved!!

The telephones are not working , there are damp wall windows broken , ac not good enough we can not change the temperature ,buckets not clean and some lights are not working, wi fi did not work for iPhone users, tv not working , water pressure problem . Overall the room is outdated . Not had a good stay . Overall would not recommend.

Very old and we are know this hotel since more then 20 years . Top class location ,near to station so passengers can stay here , conferance room is available here.but no ramp so little difficult for accessible person.

Ok.. not very great.. but no other better option in valsad city.. it is near to valsad station.. 5 to 10 mins wake from railway station and bus depot.. near market also. Ok for cleaniness

Mayank and Dipti who currently manage this hotel and their staff, have raised the standards of hospitality and service for an older property conveniently located in centre of Valsad, to an exemplary level.

Our stay in their suite room for 4 days was excellent, at a reasonable cost and the level of service we received could not be bettered.

Congratulations for giving us a five star service; we’ll definitely spread the word and be returning to Adeena Palace Hotel.

Average hotel rooms suitable in urgencies and stay in Valsad.

It's good but not spacious. If there are more people it causes inconvenience. Otherwise for less people it's nice.
