Pathetic hotel and staff, I paid 5000 rs for 2 nights and I got this disgusting room. Fan runs on 3 and I gives feel of 1 so Pathetic they don't have anything in room nor tv nor ac. Towels , dustbin or toiletries.

Name Should be like "The Hell" truly the hell experience throughout stay No support from reception staff or Managing people. Management will ask you for Full payment at the time of checking and then they won't listen to your problem. Very dim lights in the room. Television channel not working. If possible i would have given it in minus rating.

I booked this property for my parents visit to Dwarkadhish temple. it is mentioned it is near by the temple however distance is more than they described. To save electricity they have disconnected the TV connection in room. Upon asking to shift in another room they confirmed that TVs are not working in any of the rooms.No cleaning was done despite of multiple requests made to the hotel reception. Bathroom space is very less even if you want to sit, you won't. Tea was served in broken glasses.Very disappointed with staff rude behavior and worst hotel experience.

Worst Experience Ever.1. I was already informed Early check-in, they said yes nd after I was booked hotel then they call me & said, sorry you have to pay.2. no hot water offen time I request to them, no drinking water & No room service.3. no food & tea available in hotel, they bring tea fr out side & charges double.4. TV is also not working5. Charging point is not working.6. switch Board is also not working.7. Wifi also not working.I request to all guests please don't go this hotel. *This is my personal opinion.

Very nice hotel … staffs are too good . It’s just 700 meters from station. Dwarikadhis temple is just 1km . Near by medical store and all fruit and veggies are stall also available. Very convenient place to stay

The service of hotel haven on station road dwarka is very fast good and the breakfast tea is very tasty the interior decoration and accommodation of the hotel is excellent and the charges are also reasonable the

Booked through ibibo and paid four times the price of normal rates for this hotel. No restaurants of thier own. Though breakfast was included but they served only cold snack n tea packed which could not be eaten and tasteless. Not so good experience at the prices paid. Not recommended for family stay at all. Rooms had cockroaches and foul smell. The fan and ac kept making noise whole night. Very small room and bathroom size

Hotel is really bad. Pathetic (non existent) room service. Very poorly maintained. Hotel has no dining facilities. Only one small mineral water bottle provided for the entire day. No hot water in the washroom (apart from an hour in the morning) although hotel claims 24 hour hot water. Wifi doesn't work even after providing the correct username and password (router is barely in range). Bathrooms are small and cramped up. Wash basin and bathroom drain got choked up multiple times. Room was charged at ₹4,000 a night during last week of December due to high demand in Dwarka, not worth paying more than ₹500 a night. Staff is unprofessional. Request everyone to go for another hotel.
