The hotel is framing people. They are showing good rooms but providing cheaper rooms to prepaid customers. They are not going to replace the room.The rooms are not 144sq. m. as promised. The bed is not king size. Bed bugs are present. The AC does not work. Room is stinking. No bedsheets, Dirty cushions. Images attached.

The rooms shown on goIbibo/mmt/oyo are not provided. Bed sheets and cushion covers are dirty. Bed Bugs are present. Bed is not king size. Floor area is less than 144sqm what was promised on the platforms. AC does not function. Wash basins dont have water supply. Rooms stink. Not at all okay for family visits. Never pay beforehand as they are not going to refund. They will instead tell you to contact customer care of goIbibo/oyo/mmt and tell them you were not provided with rooms as expected. I would have shared all the images of the room but for some reason, the images got corrupted.

No hygiene , no facilities. TV , exhaust fan doesn't work. Rooms , washroom aren't clean. You have to repeatedly request the staff for amenities which are basic in nature.

it was nice experience with good behavior if the hotel staffs. it was near rakshyak chowk making easy communication with auto, car ola etc. overall staying was fine considering rate

Hygiene of the property stinks, toilet ceiling broken toilet seat broken, they even don't clean the room properly. 1st they denied the entry after talking to oyo management they allowed with price hike. And alloted dirty room. Horrible experience .

It was a nightmare to stay such nasty rooms. I checked in by 10 am and vacated by 3 pm paid 1000 , ran away with my life .. I never seen such a nasty rooms with nasty bed in my whole life .. they make money by hourly basis by renting it to those "desperate couples"

They can work on cleanliness. Spiders and lizards were there in rooms. Bathrooms were not clean.

It is a Nightmare, photos shown on Oyo are probably when the hotel was inaugurated, pathetic rooms, untidy bedsheets, bathroom are in miserable state, TV just a showpiece, no cable or setup box, AC too namesake. Minus 5 rating for this shitty place, some rooms may be ok ok but they are for walkin customer, online prepaid customers gets the worst. I had to book another hotel, as was with family.
