Such a bad experience of mine staying here for the first time
the behaviour of the staff was really bad They didn't even know how to talk to a customer, when I was going out for something the receptionist asked and said " teri chaabi kaha hai" and then said ki "wapas aayega ke nahi chabi yahan par deke jaa" this was the language they use with their customers and also after checking in the room I got a call from the receptionist saying that I will receive one OTP for the aadhar download, who gave you the rights to do this things if the document is not clearly shown up it's their duty to ask a proper document. Also about the room, it has a window and just besides the hotel room there was a complex and due to the air the curtains were moving and due to this anyone from the complex can see what was happening inside the room, and also there was not even a ventilation due to which it was suffocating inside the room and when I asked to replace the room they just denied saying "ab kuch nai ho sakta jo mila hai wahi rahega sab full hai".

person at reception is arrogant and impolite. rooms are very small, cockroaches in room and bathroom, light in bathroom is not working properly, mattresses are small as compared to bed, no almira in rooms, blankets are very poor and over used,location is good and near to main road and railway stationperson at reception is not cooperative at all, rooms are congested, no soaps provided only a single bottle kept in bathroom for everything, towels and mattresses are very pathetic, beds are very small, condition of lift is pathetic, only location of this hotel is good

Not good experience. They dont know to prepare maggi for my daughter in night. Not even they allow us. Only one lift working that is also 8 to 8pm not on sunday

Rooms were stinking with nearby smokers, Room geyser was not working at all, TV remote sometime works & sometimes don't! Also room has few tint insects roaming around! Also room curtains has got no privacy as it doesn't get sticked, it keeps blowing B'coz of fan. Also fan was running only on full speed & Regulator was not working at all.. so overall bad experience. Only thing I liked was it's Tea & Sandwich which I ordered.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone in my connect as i like the services, cleanliness and moreover their way of treating the guests.

I would also like to say that they follow the rules of check in very strictly!!! Which is good for our and their safety.

I wish I could rate 0.5 star here coz seriously this is the last place on earth I wanna be at. Very unhygienic! Mosquitoes!! a lot of them!! and then there is this DELUXE ROOM! It is just the name given to a below avg room with very bad quality of blankets causing rashes. They did not helped me with comforters and it was a very cold night! I couldn't sleep and left the room very next day though I wanted to stay for atleast couple of days. The quality of mattress was very very bad! It was like a thin layer of blanket between floor and me. I don't even want to talk about washroom. Ugh!! I believe they spent all their money in decorating their reception. I will NEVER stay here! like ever!! I am so disappointed!

Very nice and good one with this range of prices!staff also good and cleanliness is good too.Nice hotel nice city and location is also goodwith nearest to railway station. Vadodara city is really good. my exp while business travel was nice.!

We stay for 2 days we didn’t get any basic hospitality the staf was to arrogant even there is no wifi in room and the water was to darty Ac is also not working telephone is not working and we pay to much for these. I will not visit again.
