Good and delicious food. Very good service too. Rooms r ok and clean. But they can increase a few more facilities like kettle for tea/coffee, putting a shower curtain in the bathroom, providing a small stool in front of the sofa chair. Overall value for money.

I had paid in 5 digits for one night's booking but when I asked the hotel staff who came to set up my extra bed "whether the provided blanket with the extra bed is getting washed or it is simply served to me after using the same by the previous guest." The staff replied to me "it is not washed daily, we mostly wash it after 10 days." That means after gating, used 10 times by different guests. I was shocked by getting this reply, so I decided to check out the hotel without spending my night to avoid smelling. technically hotel should compensate me for ruining my night.

hotel rooms are clean n tidy. Staff is very pleasant. However there was problem of hot water not coming in the wash rooms inspite of telling staff about the hot water not available in washrooms that too in winter months. Restaurant food is excellent n cost is reasonable. Service needs little improvement. Few suggestions. 1. Electric kettle n ingredients for making early morning tea. since Restaurant opens at 7.30 am , which is late. 2. TV has few channels need to add additional channel. 3. Rooms rent are on higher 4. one light on the wall was not attended even after pointing out on first day itself. 5 OVER ALL ITS GOOD STAY.

Quite Disappointed with our stay at this Hotel. For the price we paid, it was a huge thumbs down on our Somnath travel.
First the Positives : Good location, restaurant serves good food, Management is responsive to your complaints, hot waiter is available in Bathrooms & all lights I. This hotel are motion sensor activated.
Few things to watch out for : This is a 2 star Hotel. Don’t pay 4 star rates for it. It’s an old Property that’s long overdue for overhaul. It’s designed for 20-25 years old pilgrimage style, not 21st century Travel that demands Cleanliness & Comfort. Linens on the Bed were worn out, room was not clean, Bathroom was not at all inviting, Fans were very dirty, etc. in a nutshell, you can stay if your expectations are just average & you are paying average rates.
For me personally, hotels that allow walk-in customers that negotiate in price and get away with it is a big red flag. It just means I was cheated on the price I paid even though we booked 3 weeks in advance.

We have stayed here for 1 day... Room have enough space for 2 person and their food is also have verity and taste is also good. Our stay is value for money. Staff at reception and restaurant are co operative.

Good part- It looks Hotel is comparatively newly built so it feels good. Room size is good.
Bad part- People working there are very unprofessional and only looking to charge you. Purely business minded so please don't except any support free of cost.
Restaurant was not clean and was not cleaned even complaining about it.
In my case, we were 4 members so booked 2 rooms Since we were supposed to reach early morning we crosschecked, whether we can get room early or not. We were told yes if people check out early then we may get room. Since mother was also travelling we thought to book additional room starting from previous day, just to make sure atleast we can get 1room without any waiting and we can fresh up and go to temple. To our surprise we were told, we all 4 can't go together as it is our policy and no early check-in possible. Even after arguing that we are not staying but just to get fresh we would like to go, they simply denied. Ultimately for our own room they charged additional 750 rupees before allowing us to fresh up. It is for sure, I m not going to stay in the same hotel and will not recommend to anyone.

Liked: Close to Somnath Temple (1.5km) Newly built property, big room size, driver's night stay
Disliked: Attitude of management/booking staffs, who are rude and not cooperating. They will always threaten you regarding checkout times. Though eager, couldn't available breakfast as we were 5 mins late. We were only staying in the entire 3rd floor, but always heard from them that no room was vacant. Hot water have timings and we got it after wasting a couple of bucket in the morning.

This is an old property compare to other hotels surrounding, but neat & clean big size rooms, but comparing the tariff more facilities were expected. very limited toiletries provided, electric kettle and other tea arrangements which are very common things now a days are not available in room. These can be expected at least in this categories of hotel. Room looks like very dull, advice to fix some photo frame back side of bed and flower vase on LCD stand. and of course tea arrangements. Also request to make an arrangements of light instrumental music in lift. These small changes will be a great impact on room and lobby appearance.
