Its just an ok type of hotel where you can stay safely because you have paid for a premium property but in lieu of that don’t expect a premium hospitality from the hotel staffs specially the one at the front desk. I was handed over key and told direction of room by the front desk female staff, only after reminding her that i am new in the property she sent an assistant to guide me towards room. They have only one complimentary water bottle policy in room ,rest you have to pay even after paying 8500-10000 per room. For a double occupancy room they at-least need to provide 2 litre water for a night.

DON’T BE FOOLED

This is not a 5 star hotel. They named themselves “5 star luxury” to seem that way. This is at best a 3 star or less hotel.

Water pooled in the sink. Bad management as well because they said they would send someone but didn’t. Rooms are tiny. Very cramped. Beds are too small to be comfortable. The pool was dirty and unmaintained. Pigeons use the pool to bathe. The lobby bathroom had a giant silage of water where I almost slipped and fell.

Overall this is a mediocre hotel. Save your money and stay somewhere else because it is not worth the price tag.

I was here for a conference. The hotel has excellent location and infrastructure. The staff is polite and respectful. There seems to be a culture of tipping in the lower staff and they seem to be a little intemperate. The food was good and the spread was extensive. The rooms are also well maintained except for a maintenance issue with water seepage on the toilet wall of 201. I am sure it will be taken care of. There was no feedback forms for suggestions.

We stayed here for two nights and had a very nice time. Loved the pool. Staff was very caring and helpful. The drinks at the bar a bit overpriced even if part if the "happy hour" deal. Good variety at breakfast and good service too.

Though the location is prime. The rooms are not worth the money. Lobby is beautifully set up. Rooms are small and bathrooms are smaller, showers doesn't work properly.

Most importantly, Please change the company of the bottle you provide free in the room. the water tastes awful.

Once upon a time a smart hotel in that part of Delhi is surrounded by traffic. My guests had a mixed reaction about rooms. Food and other amenities seem okay. Staff courteous.

I made a booking via their company website, received an email 5 days later saying the booking was cancelled. Re-made the booking again and it is still saying "payment pending".

As we are travelling from overseas, I wanted to make sure that the booking was confirmed so we had no issues when we arrived. I called 6-7 times wanting to speak to the reservation team, 3 times hanged up on because they couldn't assist or wanted to know about the issue. Eventually got onto the manager at the reservations manager and after explaining that I wanted to simply confirm the booking, he hung up on me.

WHAT IS GOING ON THERE? Seriously I haven't even stayed at the hotel yet and your customer service is that TERRIBLE that you treat prospective customers that way. It was simply a one-night stay before travelling around India. We had intended to book another 6 nights a month later when we came back to Delhi.

BUT I CAN GUARANTEE YOU, THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN. Who wants to stay with a Hotel that offers such a terrible product and calls itself a 5-star hotel. I think it would be better to classify this as a 3 star at best.

Do yourself a favour and book with a company that can offer better customer service.

Unless staff and booking process. I used their website to book 2 rooms, on two occasions the transaction failed. On calling them the customer service was as enticing as a dirty rag! After holding for reservations the phone got cut off on both occasions. I just booked somewhere else after that. Their loss.
