Rooms are not clean. If your breakfast is included in your package, but they did not provide unlimited breakfast. Give only one food item and free tea. Coffee is chargeable. You demand simple regular water than also charged for 36 rs per bottle. Dont take food from this. Crockrozes are wondering in everywhere. See attached images. Too much noisy place.

It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are so rude, the room is so dirty with bugs everywhere. The pictures are outdated and the rooftop terrace is inaccessible. I got them to fry clean my clothes and they ruined most of my clothes which has never happened before. They tried to add on hidden costs which I refused to pay. Do not stay here it is a terrible hotel.

Stayed there for 2 days. The rooms are somewhat smaller as expected from looking at pictures. But well made. Service is good but enough time is taken to deliver the order. Staff is well behaved and nice. Kind of budget friendly stay.

Polite and courteous staff. All amenities were available like room have mini freedge, tea kettle and bath kit etc. I was sutishfied with breakfast in the morning. Rooms and bathroom were fully clean. Over all comfirtable stay"

We loved this hotel due to staff and services. Hotel management know very well how to treat a guest. All the staff help u out. Complementary breakfast was good ande chooseable. Best hotel for family😊.

I had 2 night stay in this hotel. I was on the go barely staying in the hotel though. The hotel is quite nice but the management is literally the worst. Specially the manager named TANVEER is the most greedy person.
He charges very huge amount if you directly go and book. While the online app shows way lesser.
Even while checking out he asked extra amount. I will never recommend this hotel to my friends and family ever till he is working there

If the owner is reading this, Manager must be changed ASAP as this hotel is very good and deserves good people.

Had there been a rating less than this, would have given that. This hotel is a big no for female solo travellers. I checked into a single room. They offer one price at the time of check in and charge different prices at check out. Cheaters and frauds! I was charged twice the amount that was originally discussed at the time of check in, though i had already paid the original amount in cash (highly insisted by the person on the counter) the very moment i checked in. I had to board my flight and didn't have the time to fight and demand the details. You can't argue with such people alone, you definitely need someone who can reason with the staff there. A big NO from my side. Such a unethical and unprofessional behaviour. No more recommendations to this hotel. Really disappointed ☹️

Waste of money,
Not even 10 items were there in the complimentary breakfast.
Furthermore, we ordered sandwich which was worst than a poison.
Rooms were too conjusted compared to the cost.
Warm water was unavailable.
Do carry your own water bottles ,
They charge 2x the MRP.
