The best this about this hotel is it's location and connectivity. It's easily reachable from all sides and any mode of transportation. Almost monopoly in terms of quality as there's no other option available in the same class of luxury and quality. But if you can afford it, it's worth the price it asks.

Chaotic place. Attended wedding here. Multiple banquets. It's a hit in the area. Food is fine. Service can be better. Parking woes.

Hotel city Park is obvioulsy one the most known and renowned names in Hospitality business. This hotel is situated in Pitampura at very posh location. Near By main road easily accessible. Provides rooms, banquets ,dine in ,meeting arrangements ,kitty parties etc.

AC Rooms but AC doesn't work ,
Recently during my stay found staff switches off the AC at night,
These are centralised AC, rooms have no ventilation and no fans. staff is abrupt and service is poor.
Hotel AC technician came and said it is cold outside why do you require AC, will send take fan.
Room walls are porus and non sound proof, voice carries from one room to another.
Food is tasteless and bad quality seemed recycled from previous day. 50+60% guests suffered from nausea, vomiting and bad stomach
Only thing good is the exterior.
Overall not worth the 5000 charged for the room, a very bad experience overall.

Went to a wedding here. Ended up having FOOD POISONING post that. Not recommended for hosting parties. Room stay is fine

Attended a wedding and another related function. Reaching the hotel was a pain - probably because of approach roads being dug up currently. The entry to the hotel needs expertise in driving. We had to use a staircase to ho to the basement venue which was a problem for the elderly. Venue was quite cramped up. On day 1 snacks and dinner were just about ok. However, the layout and venue for wedding were quite good, tastefully decorated and both snacks and dinner were quite good. Relatives staying in the hotel said that rooms were quite good

Terrible rooms, terrible service. Misleading the customers via online partners by claiming they have king size beds - when the inventory is ALL TWIN BEDS! On raising a concern, the beds have been put together WITHOUT a single double bedsheet and / or quilt. The housekeeping boy was extremely rude and smashed bed against telephone that it stopped working. Never coming back here

Nice and decent place in Pitampura. Rooms are spacious and clean. The best part are the restaurants here. Cafe 24 is open all day long. You get quick food like sandwiches, wraps , Rajma chawal etc during late hours, hence good place to eat after parties. Sanjeev Kapoor’s restaurant Yellow Chilly has delectable Mughlai food. Typical Indian aroma and presentation. You can find a great selection of Indian desserts too.
