OYO Townhouse 610 Derawal Nagar

Worst experience: 1. I called hotel to confirm early check-in around 9:30 they asked it will cost additional 40% for early check-in and asked not make payment online instead make the payment at hotel else they will not allow for check-in. 2. online payment was showing around 1120 and pay at hotel 1650. they charged me 2210 including early check-in charge, although between 9AM to 12PM should be free as complimentary, I have confirmed this from hotel policy. 3. The hotel guy was trying to catch my phone forcefully again n again to mark 5 star rating by himself, When I refused to do this to him, he said that your refund will not be processed if I will not give the 5 star rating. I guess this is the reason it has good review and ratings on oyo app, please go through the Google map review also before booking this hotel 4. Room was aslo not upto mark as shown in pictures, people can get the best option in this price.. will not recommed to anyone.

Property is newly constructed, but not maintained you'll find dirty & stains sheets easily in every room. Basically it's a complete OYO premises for COUPLE . Although food quality is good. Manager founds somewhere cheating with the guest by asking more payment, may be it was due to some polices of OYO or something else.

The place doesn't feel safe at all.
While I entered the hotel for check in the staff took my mobile and checked out from my application. Someone knocked the room and then the staff called when I asked why did someone knock he told that staff wanted to give water bottle. However, there were already water bottles kept in the room. It felt like the staff was able to see my movements inside the room.

I am giving one star for this hotel because,

1. I paid all the charges Online in OYO app. But during check in hotel manager charged me extra money of ₹ 1800.
2. The room was very dirty.
3. There was no towels and other amenities in the hotel.
4. Very bad odour in the room as well as in the bathroom.
5. No supply of hot water. (Though it was mentioned in the OYO app)
6. During chack out, the hotel manager snatched away my phone and gave a five star rating in OYO application.

They keep my mob during check in and upgrade my room . The cunning man took 1700 instead of 1100 through which I booked my room ,stuff was so rude and they treated badly,They took mob and give 5 star rating.Even Tv was not working,and staff behaviour was very rude ,so I how I can give 5 star .They are those who broking interest for Oyo ,i will mostly try now to never a book room through Oyo .now m going to hotel and ask for booking. I found Oyo was not that it was previously.Oyo having pathetic condition,not to go book book room through Oyo,go for another website if want to book or ask to property owner.

Good rooms good quality food room service will be better but no issues doing good job keep it up 😊

WORST, HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE. I reached the property @ 9 pm, they made me sit for Atleast an hour saying that the room is not ready. Hotel staff behavior was rude and unprofessional as they were adamant that if I'm unable to wait then they'll cancel the booking.Literal harassment cuz i had no other option other than this property as it was super late at night. Whilst checking in the room. I faced hygiene sanitation issues. Soiled and dirty linens old pillow covers. Faced an absolute horror of a night. I suggest everyone Pls Don't stay at this OYO Townhouse derawal nagar.

Pathetic place, avoid at all costs. They take your phone and review themselves in OYO app. The cleanliness is pathetic, staff is rude!
