Rooms were ok but size is small...but the way to hotel is not good and no parking facility at all

it was a horrible experience. there were rats in our room.when we complained they changed the room but again there were rats in that one too. So we packed up our things and left. all this happened within an hour of our stay and they had the audacity to give us only half our money back.
