Room were amazing ... Full of cleaness and staff were gd.... d main thing owner behaviour is amazing ...he listen our problem carefully n take imidiately action on that... so total 5 out of 5 for this hotel...

Several people were drinking in the waiting room worst place for women's safety. There was zero cleaning and the room service was pathetic and rude. Seems like nobody has time to clean the bedsheets. Not even worth 10 rupees. Worst Worst Worst hotel ever never go with family.

It was ok ok only not properly cleaned and the mattress what to say about that terrible . . . No complementary breakfast . . . .no basic amenities in bathroom . . . .nor even proper connection of tv and wifi was so pathetic. . . .

Wahiyat hotel,no basic amenities were there is like towel,soap,, even they not gave drinking water, TV chalta ni h chalta h to cable network ni hote, reception pe 10 bar complain krne staff check krne aata h ,worst hotel

Average Hotel 🏨
I had to attend my friend's wedding that's why I booked this hotel near to his marriage hall.
° I got it cheaper, only Rs. 497 for two people from Make My Trip.
° Reception staffs are too slow in doing initial check-in formalities.
° Common Bathroom for entire floor having about 5-6 rooms.
° No Intercom, if you need something you will have to go down from 3rd Floor to Ground Floor.
° No water availability in room. They will give you one empty bottle, you have to fill yourself from kitchen on 1st Floor.
° 2 minutes walk from Nangloi Railway Metro Station.
Below Average Hotel. Just Booked as it was Cheap and I had to attend a wedding nearby.

One star is not because of room service or anything about rooms but only about the charges taken by the OYO before entering hotel room ... Reception person told me to pay the pending amount and again i paid 1 rs left but again after few seconds reception person told me still amount is left 1095/- 😅...OYO service team to aaj tk solve kr rhi hai jab ki story or lambi hai half fir btaunga

Pathetic...i booked my 2x size room on oyo...they provide me a very small, stinking room with dirty bedsheets and blanket....on request they changed my room on the name of adjustment with some extra money(200)....then i got actual 2x room but in ok ok condition...no water,no oyo kit in bathroom....for tea or any service i had to wait about one hour..despite calling several times...i did adjust somehow but family suffered a lot...shame on oyo
