This is one of the best hotels which I got in this price till now. Really enjoyed my stay here.
Pros : Cleanliness 100% Rooms as shown in pictures by the hotel. Room interior and cleanliness is just like 4 star hotels and as expected Really polite and helpful staff Located in a area which is easily accessible and all food, medical and other facilities are nearby.
Last but one of the best thing is food which is affordable and has reasonable rates with an awesome taste. Also the room service is great and you will be getting your request done within half an hour. Despite having serve to more than 4 hotels, they were providing all things on time
Cons: I couldn't find any.
Suggestion : it would be great if toiletries can be provided everyday as per the say duration.
A beneficial suggestion to promote your hotel: if possible have some pocket welcome or leaving gift which consist card and reviews by the guests.

I really had wonderful experience. I did my booking for business trip and unfortunately I met with accident and my trip was cancelled. The team called me for confirmation and I explained the scenario. Mr.Krishna was such a nice person. He understood the situation and arranged the same for my colleague. He had good stay there. Very poor service. Definitely not recommend to book. We booked a excutive room but they asked us to stay in a single for the whole day. Never book this hotel. Waste of time.

Nice hotel to stay, budget friendly and walkable from KB metro station. Rooms are neat & clean staff behaviour was good. All d best sunstar, keep up the good work.

As soon as we enter there was a kind of bad smell in hotel as well as room, fans was making noise, even the washroom exhaust fan was making noise adding to irritation. TV LCD screen was not working.
Hotel doesn't care for maintenance and upkeep of rooms and amenities, suggest to avoid unless they improve

Been there for 8 days and I had a very comfortable stay. The room was as shown in the pictures. The breakfast buffet was complimentary and it was good. It's 500m from the metro station. The staff were polite and friendly. The cleanliness of the room and the bed is satisfactory. Toilets were neat.
Cons: A window would be better, maybe the room I've stayed in didn't have it.

Worst place to stay. Hotel wifi gets disconnected, not reliable. They will treat you pretty well if you are there for short stays. But for us the scenario was not the same, terrible room service and worst dining. It's better to order from some other place.
