We loved our stay at the Bloomroom Hotel. Our room was not very big but very modern, western standard and super clean. We had the best shower (when it comes to water pressure and hot water control) of all our stays during India travel. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was
Okay. The location of the hotel is very good. Quite road and not to far from the attractions. We felt very safe at all time. We highly recommend and would book here again. 🧡🤍💚

I stayed here one night. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were SO nice and helpful! Customer service is top-notch here! Breakfast was a banquet and absolutely everything was delicious. I would 100% stay here again, and highly recommend it to others!

Great hotel, centrally located, very well managed, CLEAN, with great access to the Metro, other modes of transport at a VERY good price.

Staff are well trained, decent plus breakfast, decent sized rooms - does the job very well. Good & clean linen / towels too. The bathrooms are small BUT clean with good quality towels.

Overall, a fantastic Value-for-money hotel at a very good location!

Ms.Neha Rana - RM/GM is an absolute hands-on leader. She is always interacting with guests, handles issues/complaints directly, monitors every department personally, does surprise checks consistently AND this makes a HUGE difference in the delivery of services of the hotel. Was delighted to see her personal involvement, which is completely MISSING from most of the hotels!

Rooms are quite well in size and managed. Liked concept of free minibar and water dispensing station with news paper . Check in- check out procedure was quite smooth.

Only thing they have to work out on priority is breakfast experience. Menu, and taste of breakfast menu to be improved.

Blooms@Janath stay was a business trip, and excellent because of the people who served us. From Honey Rohilla who was our initial stay organizer, Irfan and others at the reception desk, Jitendra and Mahendra at the door receiving us, management Abhay who conversed with us, and Amir Sheikh at the travel desk - all provided us legendary customer service because they cared for us. Please forgive me if I forgot to mention some other names. Blooms@Janath is a very clean and tidy hotel, hygienic, colorful, responsive to room service and value their customers. Food was excellent, lifts were quick to take us up and down, room was serviced cleanly, and staff were always smiling. Location is great because it is a very short walk to Janpath and Connaught Place. My trip was made even better and cheaper by Amir Sheikh from their travel desk. Amir provided my wife and I a new car with a fulltime driver for my entire 3-weeks trip within Delhi, few days in Amritsar, few days in Chandigarh, few days in Srinagar, few days in Jaipur, and airport pick up and drop off. This was amazing value. I cannot mention the cost of this trip on this public platform, but when I mentioned the cost of my car travel to my other friends in India, they told me that it was an EXCEPTIONAL value. To start with the room is compact but functional. Location is very helpful if you want to see Delhi and around.
They have a book corner, so you can grab a book and pass time. Also they have a mini bar and tea/coffee station which is complementary. So overall I would say it’s a good hotel.

Room were small but neat and clean. Breakfast was excellent at that price of 300+.
Only draw back rooms are small and Lobby area is closely shared by others. Very well chance someone in lobby can look into your rooms easily.

The hotel is located in a convenient place. Stay is comfortable. Breakfast is good (I would not term it lavish), lunch and dinner menu has limited choice. Food is good, no doubts in that.
