A good hotel near to a metro station at Delhi.
Provides good facilities and doesn't know its history.
Felt like it had equipments with things some few decades old with good quality

Had a really bad experience, baddest hotel experience I ever had in my lifetime,staff is very rude and arrogant towards guest,we came as a college group with boys and girls,the staff was rude from the beginning,we checked in at 18th november evening,the staff was really uncooperative towards our tour guide, after that it was a saga of bad events, manager,staff always comes to room without knocking or ringing bells,there is no privacy for the guests evens in rooms,girls all complained about the looks of the staff towards them,they kept staring at an improper way when they came to collect keys after coming from shopping in delhi, especially the receptionist,while people went for shopping,there was issue of staff entering room without permission,with absence of guests,in our two day stay they removed stopper of our bathroom bathtub,it was while we were all out at resturant,they didn't even have the courtesy to inform us,it maybe because they had no rights to remove a guest amenities from room, really pathetic action from hotel staff, guest have no privacy nor freedom,
In the end they bought extra 800 for sheets for having little blood stain on it during periods,in every household it happens and it is completely washable and doesn't leave a stain,we offered dry cleaning charges they were not willing to accept that,it's anyways protocol to dry clean sheets before giving to next guest,they were really keen on getting extra money from us.
The name of hotel has nothing to do with the total behaviour of hotel staff, there's is no Singh hospitality or Singh behaviour I could see in total hotal staff

Very bad service.very heavy price for small rooms.
The staffs' behaviour was inappropriate towards the guests.
Worst experience ever. Never going to choose this hotel again.

Very bad behaviour of staffs and manager towards the customers.
They won't even knock before entering the rooms.

Worst hotel experience.The staff was staring at girls came along with us.They open our locked room when we are not at hotel.worst experience ever.

Location is good.
Rooms were neat and clean
Owner's behaviour (on checkin) was good but managers behaviour (on checkout) was not that good.
They are charging 10% of service charge on each item which is not acceptable.
Simple bisleri water bottle of rs20 is sold at price of rs40 + Service charge.
Hot milk glass was of rs 90 + service charge.
