OYO 74596 Dream Town

Hotel is good. location is very good and prominent. Manager of this Hotel is very polite and trustworthy. I have a very nice stay. here but I am giving 4 stars because a few things need to improve.
1. No fooding facility is available although I booked with complementary breakfast but unfortunately I didn't get it.
2. housekeeping staffs are very lazy. after 2 days follow up by me and manager they didn't even bother to clean the room. Room service need to improve immediately.
3. Address mentioned everywhere on the internet of this hotel is totally inappropriate. advised to change the address and please don't follow Google address otherwise you'll never reach the hotel.

Hotel is good but service is not good.everytime i called to reception for any reason they always reply that we don't have any house keeping boy right now. We had stayed there for three days but that is very disappointed that we stayed in dirty and unhygienic room they don't do laundry but not even clean the room in between of three days. I called for cold drink that time I was hungry so I thought I could order something from them but they replied they don't have any house keeping boy for this. Water problem was there everytime hot water was coming,i complaint so they said ki geezer on hoga but in that room there is no geezer. Everytime I had called to reception for water . It's such a horrible experience with this OYO, very bad service. Don't ever think to go back there again............

This hotel is soo bad 👎 don't ever go thier, rooms are dirty, roof is broken, no tv in any room and no AC in many rooms, dirty bedsheets. Horrible it is 😡 money wastage

Very bad experience for 2 property on oyo portell...

I am booking oyo app another hotel but customer shifting me this hotel and i am reached the hotel reception don't receive my adhar card on phone he making excuses another level of excuses and he told me all the oyo hotel don't receive the online payment he not give me a room very bad service and hotel

I booked the room online by using Oyo and the price was showing 600 after booking I called them and asked what is the price of the room they told me it will be 600 per night then I came from airport to Oyo then he told me the price is 1800 per night and he told me due to technical error it was showing 600 which is very disappointed so they charging extra once you reach there do not book the room in this hotel.

Very worst experience . Rooms not cleaned it’s like a old building inside . Near by drainage is there worst smell coming inside , leakage of water from heater getting feared to switch on , no proper supply of water even toilet and bathing , bed shirts are not at all cleaned it’s full of hair . Overall one star also not worth for this hotel . For this kind of horrible they charged 900 rs 🤦🏻‍♂️

This hotel provides fantastic service from start to finish - from the time when the staff welcomes you till the time you return your keys while exiting.
