FabHotel Aashraye

I was a solo female traveler. Came here for some official trip and stayed for 10 days in January this year. I felt very safe.
PROS- The rooms were very good and room service also.
24 hours running hot water that too instant. Heater was provided in room which was very useful in Delhi winters.
Breakfast was superb. if you want to eat something else in breakfast, they will arrange for you. the onsite restaurant is very good.
There was fan in bathroom which was very useful for drying clothes.

CONS- Outside food is not allowed. Even you yourself can't bring any food. you have to hide it and bring it.
They charge 35 rs for a set of disposable for outside food.
Online food delivery guys are not allowed in hotel.
There’s some problem in ventilation. There was always smell of cigarette in my room.
Very bad quality linen was provided. Especially the towels

Please do not be fooled by the other reviews, it is a dingy, stinky and ill maintained hotel. The rooms are badly lit, the blankets have stains, rooms are dirty, sofa couch present has holes in them( someone might have burnedholes through cigarettes). This is not a safe hotel and gives creeps to anyone who would want to stay here. I was suspicious about the smoke sensor in the premium room, so I went ahead to cover it, the moment I did that it turned green and then a second later all LEDs in the smoke sensor switched off. The kind of vibes the room and the hotel gives, I would never recommwnd anyone to go here.

Staffs were very friendly , service offered by them was excellent . Room was worth for the money paid. Best recommended hotel in terms of ambience , hospitality and security.

Good residential location nearby a park. It is a budget 3 star hotel, but score full marks for the service. Complete value for money!

Staff is good and helpful. Seems prioritise of management have changed. Rooms are not maintained properly now. Bed sheets, Towels are yellowish from white, pillows and covers have the same fate Toilets, Almirahs and other room facilities are not maintained. I used to be a very regular customer and can see how the level is going down.

This place being called a hotel itself is going to far… pathetic is the word… the rooms are not kept up properly … the best sheets inspite of having them changed had marks and holes , to push it further the bathroom shower does not work and trickles water … and was pathetically dirty, and in a first we had torn towels also , don’t bother booking this place , please note this is after we requested for a change of room, go anywhere but do not stay here,

I would like to however mention the staff is nice and helpful but their efforts go to waste with a pathetic hotel

Okayish place, clean and all. Toiletries are not included so you have to bring your own.

Plus point - 5 minutes walking from kalkaji metro

GREAT service. Great hospitality. Good room and clean washroom. Lovely stay.
