very clean and nicely appointed hotel rooms. they are one of the best in aerocity. breakfast buffet is very lavish. 100% recommended enjoy your stay😉 with friends and family. it worth every penny😇 environment and staff is very friendly.

I would have given zero if available. I couldn't stay at hotel for 30 min and I checked out. Let me explain my experience. These guys made me wait for 45 min and took over to another hotel saying some problem in current hotel. Other one was hell and price is 30% of what I paid. I didn't agree with it and came back to hotel which I made booking and was asking for original booking, then they lying like anything and rudely barking at me and my wife for asking for original booking. Finally they checked in a room which is very dirty and not cleaned. I asked for clean and neat again they started a battle to defend their maintenance. In mean time they were bluffing many people and couple other guests as well waited for 45 min and cancelled the booking. They were shouting at other group of guests and one lady from group called police. Police were here and made hotel management calm down. I felt insecure even after police were here and checked out my room. My stay time is less than hour. I can say that these guys are very clever and take any number of bookings at higher price and make us stay in nearest cheap hotels. One word they are rude and ruthless management. Pure money minded and no respect for woman.

Never book rooms in this hotel. Very bad experience right from the reception. I had booked the room in GoIbibo but they allotted that room to some other people and asked us to move to another hotel nearby. We refused and asked to give us the rooms we booked in the same hotel. They told we have to wait until 10:30 pm to check if any rooms would be available by then. They were rude and harsh. We had to raise our voice to get our booked rooms. And the rooms were too dirty, unhygienic and the washrooms without proper faucets. I only wish I could have rated zero for this property and the rude staff.

Actually it's less than 1 star , I have kept around 5000 per night for small room which cost 800 per night, and the room was with dusty with bed bugs, bathroom also very dirty, we asked to shift the room, but he told to wait for some time and we asked after some time, he told not possible and we told we want to vacate he told us to pay extra 4000 rupees to vacate the room and not even have humanity I have came with 11 months baby for un hygiene place. And they mentioned free early check in but charge 600 extra. My god worst service and rude behaviour of staff. I suggest you to not prefer this ever and don't face such problems. Food is worst with high prices.
One more interesting thing is while checkout he took our phone for booking I'd and he gave 5 star rating for his hotel from our phone. All the ratings are fake I think. hope it help for few people at least my intention is not to suffer in unknown place.

I booked two room on 14 th Jan noon tike(1.00pm). I reached Hotel around 2.35 pm and they told us to wait for 15- 20 min. It's okay that some time it takes time. But room normally do available after 12.00 pm. And again they said the same dialogue another couple of time. They made me enter around 4.00 mm. But one problem. They only provided one room out of two. I kept quiet since I accompanied with my wife and friends. While we entered to alloted room(R 201,207) that room filled with smoke of cigarettes. they claim that they do regular sanitation. But see what happened. I really got annoyed and I told my consent to Hotel people.They came with air perfume spray and they told us to pretend okay! OMG!Very Bad Wash room with no proper toilet seat.I went for some official work from Kerala, I got a very bad hotel like this. That also near aerocity.I don't know why people are choosing that hotel. One thing is sure, they are not at all trust worthy.Be Cautious Regards

I am a traveller visited many cities all around India. My trip to Delhi was in last week of December month 2022. Well, staying in "Hotel Vegas" was one of my bad experience so far. I am fully disappointed with their services and management. Due to shortage of time and late check in, I had no other option rather than selecting the same Hotel.My Hotel booking was Deluxe Category. The moment when I checked in, it seemed all Ok inside the Room but soon after settling down myself I started facing many issues like :-1) in such a cold weather, geyser was not functioning. I asked them many times to come and correct it, there response was - "Okay sir we will see that, for now you pls adjust with a bucket of hot water". In my 2 days stay, they didn't fix the geyser problem at all.2) Communication Gap :- Deluxe Category Room is an AC Room. AC was available in Room but when I asked them to turn it on (to maintain the temperature of Room) the staff response was - "Sir this AC only chills the Room, It can not generate heat". I amazed with answer But just after few hours, another hotel staff came and turned On the AC, it was functioning well. Means there is totally Communication Gap among Hotel Staff. 3) Bedding Set :- The bedsheet was too dirty, at the time of check in I could not see that bcoz it was half covered with blanket. I spent my 1 night on same dirty bedsheet. They replaced it next day after my request. 4) Toilet Roll was about to finish and toilet seat was unscrewed (loose) 5) Towel and duster was not available. I had to remind them to make it available. Even later what I got, was quite wet towel. 6) there was no lock in cupboard. It made me feel little unsafe with my stuff. A simple rope was fixed up as handle of cupboard. It was so unprofessional. 7) Hotel meal is quite expensive, Not affordable. With the same rate, one can have meal twice in a day, out of the Hotel. 8) late Room service :- Once I asked them to provide me hot water for drinking & for bath as well. They provided me very late and that is also after my 2nd call.

This hotel is pathetic. Loc not so good . The biggest lacuna is their reception. They are very rude & ask for extra money for every small small favour. Amenities in rooms are also very poor . Not even basic amenities are provided. Bedsheets burnt of cigarettes, no ventilation in washroom & no cold weather appliances provided. Cleanliness is below standard & receptionist 😀 may God help him in basic etiquettes. They will surprise you with 100 new rules after you have paid. They denied my check in as I had booked through online but gave me entry when I paid them extra. I was following every rule of property. Do not recommend for any one as I had seen many guests arguing at reception for several reasons. At This price you can get many other good options.
