This is a smallish, tidy hotel, conveniently located close to the Karol Bagh market (an interesting street market, can be chaotic!) and also close to the Metro making it easy to get around Delhi.
The menu is extensive, surprising because the kitchen is just a domestic one, but the food they make is really good. Mitthu runs a cookery course here, he is also the chef, so if something tickles your fancy, try the course and he shows you how to make it!
The rooms have AC, TV, really good showers, clean toilets, a fridge and a large comfortable bed. Some of the rooms have no windows, sounds odd, but cuts out the heat / sunlight / car horns!
They are happy to arrange travel for you, and collection from the airport is free. This will be the place I return to when I come back to Delhi again.

Nice staff and simple clean hotel. Manager was very helpful with information and logistics. If you needed a simple night the dinner was very good. Felt like a home cooked Indian meal. Fresh and delicious.

The property is neat and clean. The front office staff is courteous. The rooms are adequately illuminated with readable led tube lamps and other white light lamps (Unlike in many other hotels where the lighting is poor with yellow-orange lighting which is not fit for proper eyesight for reading). There are wall clocks and bathroom foot wipers in each room which are also missing in other hotels of the same range in the area. The commodes (although lacking in glaze and shine) are fitted with water jets behind seats which is also missing in many of the star rated hotels. The restaurant serves the complimentary buffet breakfast which includes Indian, continental and oriental choices of the guests. However, the curries and stuffed potato paratha had more salt which I brought to the notice of the cook to which he reacted telling that 'so many guests are relishing, nobody has complained but for you'. I simply suggested him to put little less of it (optimum) at least in curries since those who want more can add it from the dispensers provided on the tables (as for tea and coffee). There was no reaction from the cook.

The rooms are a bit small. There is no ventilation. The service is good. This hotel cooks and serves Non - Veg food too. One needs to be careful with these Hotels in the North. They claim to be Pure Vegetarian Hotel, but when you visit there you get a shock that they cook non veg too. I had a similar experience at Amritsar with hotel Hong Kong Inn. They claimed they are pure veg but they also serve non veg.

Travellers pls make a note !!

It was totally a disapponting stay, the present manager Mr Pradeep Kumar treats the old customers very badly, even after confirmed booking two months prior to stay we were alloted the two of the most dirtiest rooms on the roof top on third floor that too without lift, which had spiral iron stairs, i had personally requested for a room on ground floor as my sister had a spinal problem.
Some guest were openly consuming **** at the common dining room of second floor and it was too embarrasing to pass by that area alongwith my wife & sister.
Alrhough I have been staying for last 17 years at Bajaj, but there is a sharp decline all over, the TV in all the rooms have become dull, the washrooms are bad, the quality of soap and shampoo are of the cheapest quality.
The breakfast menu has shrinked, one of the old staff is always looking to extract money from the guest by gaining sympathy.
I am never going back to Bajaj as there are much better branded options at a better rates available all around Delhi.

Accomodation is good, breakfast is good but some staff behaviour is not good. One incharge is Mr Sharma, his behaviour was as I am staying free. very unprofessional. I stayed two days. Second day when I asked for water bottles person from reception said sorry sir it's not free however two bottles each day are complimentary in the package.

Delighted to go back to this wonderful place! Calm place near Karol Bagh market. Hotel is managed very well and kept impeccable. Came back here after almost five years and surprised to know the team recognized me instantly! Glad to see how they are maintaining the place. Great work Bajaj home! It is definitely my home when in Delhi

Location is fantastic. It is well connected even by train (we did not use it), but very close by. Carol baug shop till you drop is very close by. The homely environment makes it very endearing and so is the food. My mum loved the stay too.
