There are no double bed room availablity. No luggage pickup and room service was poor, not user-friendly front desk.

No variety available fo Veg Food.

But special menu available for Indian veg food which you can order and get delivered on room which is good and half quantity is enough for 2 people. For that 5 out of 5.

Only plus point is the elevator and the location. 1 stars because. The front desk employees are clueless as to what room to give. Twice they me room that is already occupied. Omg!!! Imagine your stuff is in your room and someone like me open it. I could be a thief steal your stuff. Or imagine if I walk into people private space. This place is not safe due to the lack of attention from the staffs. My first room the refrigerator was not functioning, lights were missings. Second room reeks of cigarette smoke because the entire hotel is smoking room and also the tv cable is hit or miss. Also has a lot cockroaches. I will not stay here again. Also, the staffs are really careless as they helped with our luggage and the elevator went over its weight limit and the elevator fell to the ground with full force with a bang. Man it was scary. This place is not for me. Period.

Clean rooms, fair prices.
Don't clean after room service - I had someone's else Thali plate next to my room for 3 days- oh that smell :/

The place is located at the center of the Tibetan colony. The room was well kept and the staff were friendly. We booked a double bed room and the space was ample enough. There was geyser and kettle for use along with some tea bags. Food can be ordered through the service and there are many restaurants nearby also to try out new Tibetan cuisine. Can do some shopping also in the nearby shops

The AC’s are hard to cool the room which is small anyways. And the antique lock system - obviously to save electricity for the hotel while charging more than the average hotel does isn’t reasonable. But it’s easy to get in an out of the narrow street of MT if that’s what you are looking for.

We booked the rooms and arrived at the hotels and they didn't even take us they threw us out we made them talk to you but they won't budge ! We had to search rooms around. With our luggage!

If u want room just to sleep and see the little beautifull market then go ahead and book one
I would not suggest this hotel

Hotel’s walls are wearing off, toilet flush isn’t working and very poor in hygiene!So disappointed and doesn’t worth with the price👎
