Room service not good. Toilet, bed room is so dirty. Very difficult to find the hotel. Because its a private house. The reception boy charged Rs. 300 for one room as early check-in as we entered 1 hour before. So many times have to remind the reception boy to clean the room, to give towel, soap etc. TV not working in room when asked he said some problem is there will short it out but nothing. I got breakfast at 11 a.m. I can say totally not comfortable loss of money.

Most pathetic hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff is rude and disrespectful. I wasn't alloted a room even after paying the complete amount and when I finally was given a room it was filthy, the bed had hair all over, bathroom was dirty.
There's no guarantee of security at this place, I found my luggage kept outside my room when I returned to the hotel in the evening without my permission.
It's a disgrace that an esteemed brand such as OYO is associated with this hotel. I strongly recommend you to NOT stay in this hotel especially if you're with your family.

Hi to all. I went with my family and stayed over there for 2 days. It was the worst hotel staying ever had in my last 13 years. Room service is too bad. Toilet, bed room is so dirty. The name of the hotel not mentioned out side. Actually its not a hotel its a private house but the owner using it as hotel staying. The reception boy charged Rs. 300 for one room as early check-in as we entered 1 hour before and the second room which we booked but i got it 7p.m for which he had not deducted any charges. Breakfast complementary but we got 2 plates out of 4 person. when i asked he said our service boy forget to buy for 4 person. Last but not least the owner does not know how to serve the guest because he is not a professional in hotel trade. When i told him i will reduce some room service charges he said NO and told you can check out right now and the time was 10 p.m. I strongly suggest to the OYO team PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT hire this hotel and offer to any customer. Customer should not suffer as we suffered.
